Pros: Lights on ceiling, good movie selection, meals

Cons: Needed a lot more water service to stay hydrated

Pros: Quick boarding, good choice of movies

Cons: Would have been nice to get offered beverages more often. Was hard to get water as much as I needed without disrupting my fellow seat mates.

Pros: Crew and Food was great

Cons: For over 12 hours I was surrounded by screaming children. Would really appreciate an adults only section

Pros: The crew was good. Loved the mango juice and veg food.

Cons: The seats are hard. More leg room please. Better entertainment with more recent clicks required. Toilet seat needs to stay upright. The eating tables should be straight. Should be able to recline our seats more.

Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Pros: The planes were clean and well maintained. The eye masks were cool - reversible with writing to do not disturb or wake for food.

Cons: Staff all seemed like they didn’t want to be there. A menu for the food options so you know what you are choosing from - the staff didn’t know what they were serving. A snack/drinks bar to help yourself when you need through the flight.

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Pros: I moved from Economic class to business with my skywards in 2 minutes

Pros: Some of the crew were friendly, certainly not all of them.

Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, food was subpar. Paid extra for a “twin” seat and after this experience I think passengers should be paid extra to sit here.
