Pros (+) Room was clean, plenty of free parking.
Cons (-) Would have liked to have a late check-out, maybe additional half hour. Just got back from running the Carmel Half Marathon and there wasn't enough time to do anything but load the car and leave. Coffee was always either empty or cold in the lobby.
Pros (+) From check in through breakfast the hotel is well run, clean, and friendly
Cons (-) The hot tub bubble didn't work but the temperature was perfect (i.e. hot).

Pros (+) We had a number of family members in Indy for a very difficult funeral. The hotel made a room available to us on short notice (at no charge) where we could gather and grieve. They were very kind and supportive.
Pros (+) Just there overnight. Nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Daughter did fine on the pullout couch.
