Pros:Wifi, cold AC. Initial friendliness of staff but when we were checking out the guy at the front desk asked us to pay only cash for some soft drinks we had in our room. We didn't have Colombian money, since it was our last few hours in Cartagena. I Wanted to pay with my card like I paid for everything during our stay. Including the room. He finally relented and let me pay with the card. Don't know if this is how he makes his side money by scamming tourist. We also asked if he could call a taxi to the airport for us while we sat down stairs and enjoyed a coffee, his response was "you can get one down the street". We also had issues with the breakfast server forgetting our coffee almost every morning. I would have to wave her down and ask for it again. She was not very pleaseant, I guess three tables were too much for her.
Cons:Mosquitos in the room, along with black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Very noisy, especially where breakfast was served. Gave it two stars because it is centrally located. The photo that hotels.com has in the initial booking is not the hotel. It is a building about another house down the street. Very misleading and also annoying when you try to find it in person.
