Pros: easy check-out of the vehicle and the check-in procedure was simplicity itself...guy in the parking area with an electronic tablet...tap..tap..tap...give the mileage and I was done...vehicle was clean, drove nicely and the staff was extremely polite

Pros: It was a fun car to drive. I felt safe and it was very gas efficient
Cons: I can't seem to find the same deal. I also can't get on the website to get a 10% discount for my next rental

The folks were nice, the car was a death hazard.
Pros: Very efficient service. And, it certainly was cheap.
Cons: I know I rented the cheapest car available but there is a reason no one has ever heard of a Chevy Spark. It was basically a motorized roller skate. When I turned it in and talked about my anxiety driving the car on the expressway, the attendant admitted it was an accident waiting to happen---if so, why rent it?

Pros: Ended up with a decent car that was nice it was clean the people were friendly
Cons: Online I just signed up for the special value and the icon picture showed a Chrysler 200 a five passenger car but when I got to pick up my rental car it was a Chevrolet Spark which is not a midsize five passenger car. I'm 6'5" tall and a Chevrolet Spark is not nearly large Enough for me. I ended up having to upgrade to a Hyundai Sonata which of course costing me extra money

Cons: dollar rental addes a 300 dollar deposit to the initial rental cost
Pros: I was the lowest cost vehicle of its class and we found out why.
Cons: We lost a complete day because it was not available. We traveled with our dog and when we returned the car the company charged us $100 because they had to vacuum some hair. They said it was a company standard but they did not say that when we rented. They were nasty and told us we should have read the entire contract before we signed. Who does that when there is a line of people waiting behind you? Bad service, poor company!

Customer Service needs improvement
Pros: Drop off in Richmond was by far the best part. Lady was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience at pick up.
Cons: Pick up in Akron Ohio: They didn't have the car I had reserved. The manager didn't care at all that I was unhappy about that. Then they told me that it was only $4 cheaper for the step down car even though online the difference was $20.

Pros: The process was easy. The rental office was easy to find, and once I got there the whole process went fairly fast. The person was professional, very pleasant, and easy to understand.
Cons: The price was higher than expected. Insurance was a big expense.

Pros: Plenty of cargo space
Cons: The carpets were so dirty I had to clean them before I would let my family in the van
Pros: I was turned away carless because I didn't have a credit card. The same debt card ive used every year to rent a car on my trip to Florida was not good enough. My car was in the shop and I was stranded.
