Cons:
The drop off time at Cleveland Hopkins airport was over 30 minutes. There was only one person doing returns and upwards of 13 vehicles waiting in line. Lots of people were honking and upset.10.0 Wonderful

Car was adequate. Quoted price was reasonable for a one way rental.Cons:
Rented one way for 24 hours at a quoted price. Turned the car in earlier after 10 hours and they attempted to charge me double. Attendant at the receiving end said "read the contract" which nowhere in the paperwork I was given did it explain that I would be charged double if I turned in earlier. Attendant was extremely rude. I will never rent from Avil or their affiliated company, Budget in the future.10.0 Wonderful
