They didn't have the correct car for me even though I reserved ~2 months ahead of time. Then, they gave me a smaller car and tried to convince me it was an upgrade. The attendant clearly had no interest in making me happy, she only wanted to get me out of there. When I pointed out that there were vehicles there that would be a true upgrade, she said that they couldn't release those because they were "reserved". I pointed out that I also had a car "reserved" and she couldn't provide me that vehicle, so why were the other reservations "real" while mine didn't really matter? Our luggage didn't fit in the vehicle provided, so we stayed an extra day before driving to our final destination so I could take the chance and try to swap the vehicle the next day. Phone support was also weak, with Alamo support having closed at 7:00pm and anyone else available said they had no power to do anything. Also tried Priceline customer support, they also claimed there was nothing to do, stating they only provide the reservation, not the car. Will never use Alamo, Priceline or Kayak again to get a rental car.

The young man that attended us was very nice and helpful! We loved the car as well, so much my boyfriend was considering buying the same one for himself! lolNothing could have been better, everything was perfect :)

Staff very friendly and the vehicle was exactly what I was promised.The vehicle had a strong smell of cigarettes.. Even though it specifies no smoking whoever had the vehicle before us smoke inside.

Courteous, friendly staff.They could have given me the rental free of charge... In all honesty, I can't think of anything to suggest for improvement but I'm somewhat easy to please.

Didn't get the rental. In a completely incomprehensible move, the rental agent has made it their policy to not rent their vehicles unless the rental is either paid for via credit card, or you can use a debit card, but ONLY if you have a ticket stub for a flight. Which seems like a very odd case of favoritism in favor of non-local individuals. Even more odd is the fact that apparently at non-airport locations this rental agency will allow anyone to rent a vehicle with a debit card. This is all highly frustrating when you think you have your ride planned for a trip and it falls through at the last minute due to such an odd and arbitrary detail, and I won't be using this rental agency in the future.
