Pros: Toyota Corola was nice small car.
Cons: I had pre-paid the reservation through expedia-aarp. At the Hertz desk, the service rep claimed the rental car wasn't prepaid. I had to call the AARP Travel Center to have them straighten out the prepaid car with Hertz. Done. Otherwise the rental was fine.

Cons: They lied to me multiple times about everything. I called to verify everything before I left. When I got there to pick it up. everything they told me about debit cards and insurance the day before was wrong.
