Actually had a car for us to rent. There were no cars available when we arrived after we were told we would get one. That is B.S.

My money robbed by Herts without giving me a car. Just fooled me saying car will be ready at 12, when I went there they said car is not available and probably will come in the evening, asked me to take another car paying double the money. The bottom line is simple, you make people to book for lower price/ show attractive price in websites, when you reach there simply say cars are not available, only high end cars are available, if you want pay more and take.

Reserved and prepaid for a car. Once I arrive there was no car. They do not seem to understand how reservations work. We were put in a major bind and nearly missed the even we flew in for. The young man behind the desk gets 5 stars for trying his best to find us another rental car from another agency. My advice to anyone renting from Hertz- don't do it if you actually need a car.

For some reason, the location and time I selected was modified at some point when I was making the reservation. I had to cancel this reservation. I did not use Hertz because no cars were available when I tried to correct it.

I need my refund back because I didn't get the car I tried to call kayak and hertz y'all took a deposit from my account.

Horrible experience picking up and dropping off. I was over charged and charged for intercity fee when the location I picked up at was closed.
