The vehicle had many issues! Major damage (dents, scratches , interior of windshield was dirty and dangerous driving into sun) . Had mechanical issues… heat in rear was faulty, ( too hot too touch- safety issue) Rear shocks seemed faulty! The car needed to be completely detailed!

The price on the car is great. Although one of the rear seatbelts did not work and I was carrying a grandchild around in the backseat so that was not good. As I mentioned in another review, the staff is somewhat unprofessional. I have been in that building only twice but each time there was someone in the lobby that had been there an hour for something. And I have never in all of my life picked up a car where there’s only a quarter of a tank of gas in it and so therefore I had to return the car with a quarter of a tank of gas in it or less or else I would be out money. The whole business seemed very chaotic and unorganized.

BEWARE!!! The location at ATL Signature Aviation terminal is FAKE. It doesn't exist and lots of people are booking cars there. HERTZ is the worst.

Was never able to get the car. Did all the preregistration of my license, ID, etc for the app pickup. App said my documents had been validated. Not until I finished the vehicle inspection did the app inform me that I couldn’t rent the vehicle because my license was less than a year old. I have been driving for nearly 40 years! Never again will I rent with Hertz using the app

I think my real problem is with kayak kayak made mini heart reservations for me because I kept having to refresh the page so I’m paying for car reservations that I never intended to make and I could never go get the car
