I was charged twice because the first payment didn’t go through on hertz end but did go through on my banks end. Had to have money transferred to make a second transaction for it to go through hertz end. The car I reserved was not provided to and was provided a small car which was not what I asked for. I had to upgraded to a different car and was charged additional because the vehicle was priced higher. The car was not cleaned and the representative didn’t even show us where the car was we had to search for it ourselves nor was I shown how to put the car in drive, reverse or park. I had to figure it out myself. This location had poor service and took 3hrs to pick up the vehicle. I showed up at the 12pm which was my pick up scheduled time and didn’t leave the facility until 3pm, freaking ridiculous especially since it wasn’t the vehicle I reserved. Makes me not want to ever rent a car again because it is to much of a hassle.Reviewed 22 July 2026

You allowed me to book at a time the company was closed so I didn’t actually get my rental until the next day, they then claimed I was late so they gave it away and wanted to downgrade car class but charge me the same amount and refused to upgrade without charging me. Last minute car came in that met my class and they exchanged the car they just gave me. It was a poor experience.Reviewed 18 May 2026

My experience was great. Due to me having some issues with my phone, I'm just now able to reply. Questions: Why are you guys still holding on to my deposit? Explain please because after 24hrs the money is giving back to the customer. It is 8 days now. Idk if I will rent again with my deposit not giving back to me. Please refund my deposit back right now. I had booked a minivan paid in advance a month ahead because I knew we would have a lot of luggage. When I got there, they didn't have one but said we could get a Palisaide instead but it wasn't big enough for the luggage. They only had a expedition max that would work for us but it cost me 750$ additional. I was disappointed since I had booked and paid in advance so I would be sure to have the minivan. The guy at counter tried his best but they still charge me 750 more.Reviewed 2 July 2025
