Cons:Everyone who went in there left because of a problem, this rental place makes everything so difficult, we went in thinking we have everything paperwork wise but they go the extra mile in asking for the insurance declaration, a utility bill in your name within the last 30 days, so we went next door to enterprise to find it so easy also found all the people who were in ace ended up at enterprise too. Also they only give you 100 miles a day if your a local resident.... how disappointed, enterprise was unlimited miles...Reviewed 8 Jun. 2020

Pros:Nothing.Cons:I made a reservation at LAX, after my flight arrived at 8:05 PM. I got on the shuttle to go pick up my rental car and I was advised that I would be unable to pick up the vehicle because they closed at 8 PM. I had to go way out of my way and spend a lot more money rather than get this rental.Reviewed 29 Nov. 2020

Customer service was horrible!Pros:NothingCons:Poor customer service. Lack people skills and service. They wanted to charge me extra for driving over 100 miles per day because I failed to check off a box that 95 percent of people renting their fail to check off. The lady in front of me had been waiting for an hour to get a paper receipt acknowledged that she dropped off her car she rented. The people were waiting on cars that were promised and yet had not arrived. The man in the counter was taking out his frustration on failing how to handle working under stress on the customers. Never going here. Btw no I didn't rent. Ended up going to Avis and they were able to get me a car in two minutes time from when I left this horrid place.Reviewed 8 Sep. 2018

Cons:Better communication within the company. I flew into Long Beach and had a reservation at LAX, called and was told there was a shuttle. Waited for over 45 minutes and no shuttle arrived. Called, was told they couldn’t find my reservation and they sent the shuttle for me. Got picked up and taken to the facility in Long Beach, not at LAX. Employee said reservation couldn’t be found because it was for a different location, so she made one for Allied instead. Got the car and it had a extremely strong smell of marijuana. Was told they already know about it - that would never be ok at one of the larger rental companies. Went to return the car and nobody was at the location. Waited an hour, called numerous times and was just given the run around. Shuttle van was there and I was there during the modified business hours, yet no employee was to be found. I got fed up and needed to get to the airport so I put the key in the after hours box and had to take an Uber to the airport. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be a repeat customer.Reviewed 29 Mar. 2020

Pros:The staff tried to steal money from me by selling extra coverage when i specifically told them my credit card covered my rental.. when i told Them i didn’t want any more coverage, he just told me bye.. I WILL NEVER USE ACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE AROUND ME UAES THEIR SERVICE.. a bunch or crooks!!!!Reviewed 28 Mar. 2021
