Someone needs to put on a separate site that your website NEVER honors the car that is being advertised and it’s always some different type of car that is supposedly similar to the car in the picture advertised. Maybe a website that is viewed anytime a person tries to rent a car through Kayak that is not the car they will receive. Also, it was over a hour wait to get the car when we first showed up on property.Reviewed 13 June 2025

Pick up in Lós Angeles and we will return in Las Vegas on 01.01.25 in Hertz 1815 Sahara Avenue. However, at the scheduled return, the rental company was closed with no instructions on where to leave the car. When we called the central office, they told us we would have to return it at another location or keep the car for an additional day. Since we already had plans, we couldn’t go to another agency to return it. Therefore, we kept the car for one more day.Reviewed 3 Jan 2025

Pick up was great. Rico, who was helping me, was an absolute pleasure. However, driving off the lot was the worst experience. It took me close to 45 mins to leave. It was the slowest process to leave. Will never be renting a car from LAX again.Reviewed 13 Oct 2024

Pick up was terrible, long waiting line very very long, online check line was offered and when I got at the very end, it didn’t work so I had to go see a staff a counter because the online don’t always work from what I understand from the staff and it happened the exact same thing to the family we were travelling with. At counter, they were trying to sell us all kind of coverage, insurance although we declined…. We lost about 20 mins just for that when it only took 10 mins to complet the rental.
