Kayak sent confirmation email with address to pick up at airport. At airport car was not there, Payless said Expedia manages rental call them. Expedia provides customer support for this kayak booking. Neither kayak nor Expedia would provide any customer support, could not get human on phone. Had to Uber 8 miles to different rental location. Kayak misrepresented booking and uses fraudulent business practices.

Terrible. After waiting for over an hour past my reservation time I was told that no cars matching my reservation would be available for another and if I wanted to something now I’d have to pay another 25 as day for a pickup. I was late for a meeting and paid it like a real sucker. Don’t think I will do business with Payless again.

the price I had was in dollars, I paid in euros! and they take an advance payment of 2,000 euros and return it to you after ten working days

Pickup and drop off location is in the garage without adequate lighting. MSP needs to add more lights.

On your website, it lists manager special at a certain price. Then it lists manager special electric for a different price. I chose the manager special since I did not want an electric car. When I got to Payless, they told me I had to take an electric car. Which did not work for where I was going. They charged me another $30 a day in order to upgrade for the manager special to a gas card. It would have been cheaper for me to rent direct from anybody else in this situation.
