They did not have the vehicle I reserved and had no other vehicle to offer.

They didn’t let me rent the car because I didn’t have credit card. They told me they’re refund me but they haven’t done it and it’s been a whole week

Everything was great until car return. The attendant was nowhere to be seen so I went inside, waited 10-min in line only to be sent back outside. Still, no attendant to be seen. I walked over to the exit gate attendant, and asked if she could check me in. Without speaking, she just pointed. After a little back and forth, I realized she was pointing to the guy sitting in a closed car playing on his phone. Seemingly confused (I was standing outside his car with my contract and key in hand), he asked me what I needed. I explained to him that I had been there for a while and then went inside and stood in line for 10-minutes. Without apology, he said twice that he didn’t see me drive in.

Hard to get picked up, fecility is very dirty, customer service very poor. I was not able to gwt a car ftom this location. I was there for an hour and i was tild that no debit card acepped. Evern with credit card they require $500 deposit.

Kept getting overcharged, was not allowed to switch the driver to my partner. Due to me being under 25, I was charged extra every day. I was charged extra for insurance and more. Very frustrating. Thought it would be a one time payment but no.

They charge a lot of hidden fees that you don’t know about until you get there. Every customer in line questioned there hidden fees so I know it wasn’t just a concern of mine. The fees were more than the cost of the rental.

Booked a car the day before rental to start. Got confirmation email. Later in evening, apparently got an email that they were cancelling rental, as “car was not available.” Did not see email until in airport, in layover, before final leg of trip. Just luck I noticed it. Do not rent a car, if you don’t have the car to rent. The way you would want a company to respond would be as follows: “We apologize to inform you that the vehicle class you booked is unavailable - for your rental period. So, we have instead upgraded your rental to the next, higher rental class. We appreciate your business.” That’s it. THAT’s how you handle it. Please see the Jerry Seinfeld episode about rental cars…. Unfortunately, that scorched my desire to ever use them again.

Shuttle took well over an hour from their start of operations pick us up, we originally rented a mini van and they didn’t have one, we were given an SUV

Communication was very poor, we never got in touch to be picked up so we had to go with another rental company

The whole experience was stressful. You offer the option to pay onsite at pickup, but I was told no cars were available in the category I reserved under. Instead, the NU representative used this opportunity to upsell a small SUV for over $100 more. I was also told I had to wait over an hour to see "if" a car came in. After waiting an hour, I was then told if a prepaid customer comes in, they get priority and will take the car. Your process and policies are predatory to for customers to pay much more. Will never use this company again and will never recommend them.
