Quick customer service with last minute reservation due to issue at another location. This team provided me the exact car model I reserved. Their customer service and demeanor made me feel important and their follow through was impeccable. Basically everything was exceptional!

Horrible experience. Was not able to rent a car through Enterprise even though I had one reserved/confirmed. When checking in at the airport I was told there were no vehicles available. Ended up renting through Avis and had to pay an additional $800 to what I was planning on spending as there were only a few cars available. I flew in for an event 2 hours away that I needed to be at so was desperate and rented a vehicle despite the high cost. Enterprise said they tried to call to let me know there were no vehicles available but did not receive a call. The contact number was correct. There was no email sent which would have helped. I’m very frustrated with Enterprise and Kayak and I do not want to rent from them or use Kayak ever again.

From the check in counter guy who was very efficient and professional, to the pereson in the garage also the same. Then when i brought car back the return rep was equally efficient.
