Mt Pocono Enterprise is the best rental place out there. They're very personable and make you feel like family. They were able to accommodate my family and I in more ways than one. Highly recommend them if you're looking to rent.

Ok I was under the impression that you guys will pick u up. I couldn't get a company to pick me. Up yet several of them said that they could pick you up with car and then I could cancel the $100 deposit with that company is the only one to charge me a deposit or money down before your even pick it up. I don't have a car and I have to move soon very. So was going to rent a car. Mov to a bigger town temporarily until moving back out west.. so no I'm not happy with enterprise n I will not rent anything from you.

Awful lied to me gave my car away. I will do my best to never ever Trade with enterprise car rental. I bet not a thing will be done to the Lier.

Location doesn’t exist there. Wrong address. Place has been closed for over a year and Kayak still shows it as an actual open Emterprise location

They didn't have the vehicle that I booked so I didn't even go pick it up. On top of that i still wasn't eligible for a refund
