The car was towed from my house a day before and I was misinformed on payments and lost my deposit due to the company sending emails and phone calls to the incorrect number and I was told a different price than should have been. The car was also towed the day before we agreed on causing me to not have a ride to work

I rented a car for my daughter’s birthday party to transport kids and I showed up to get the car and they didn’t have any 7 passenger vehicles left “they overbooked”. So my daughter couldn’t have her party. I had no one to help me. I wasted hundreds of dollars and my daughter’s birthday was ruined. I am still beside myself
