The people at the Puerto Vallarta Nationsl/Enteprise car rental franchise are unique smong the many agencies I have tried here, in umpteen trips! Their service is a cut above even the US locations. I have been using Enterprise exclusively since 2024 and they have always exceeded my expectations, both in Puerto Vallarta and in the US. They have earned my respect and loyalty!

In Reno, we found a bubble on one tire so we went to Enterprise and got in another car. That experience went well also.

Pickup in Waco was great! However drop off at DFW didn’t go well as 4 days later I’m still being charged $100 daily since the workers there didn’t close out the rental. This 1-day rental has been over $700 in credit card charges so far lol. Hopefully they can figure it out soon.
