They wanted to charge me 4500 USA dollars for a insurance I didn’t need I showed them my aaa that’s covers there rental and said Nop rented cars before lots of them never had this happened but in the end it worked better we really didn’t need it….

They gave me a good car but they did not have the car where actually I booked it. They did not inform it either and told me to their different office and get a car. When I went there, they provided me better car in the same price which was kind of them.

After booking, when I got to the enterprise location to pick up my car. I was told there was no car for me because I was a little past my pickup time. No options were provided other than to "take a card and call us tomorrow if you still need a car". If I still need a car? Pathetic

The team at the Orlando airport were incredibly kind and helpful. I mistakenly booked at the wrong airport, the check in employee so was kind in assisting me, the customer service rep I had to call was extremely helpful, and the parking lot employee met me with kindness as well. It was a very unpleasant travel day for me, so I was extremely grateful for their positive demeanor at that moment. Turned my day around!

5 min before pick up time , at front of their door , they called me stating that no pick up was available.

We got cancelled 2 hrs before picking up our vehicle.

Booked a rental just for them to tell me a few hours before I was gonna pick it up that there were no more cars. There was no more communication after that. Just a terrible experience.
