Good customer Service, attended to us in a timely manner. Loved the car we got. Friendly representatives.

Liked nothing! The rental didn't exist! Enterprise had not been at the very remote location I was sent to in years. Furthermore, when I was able to contact the local Enterprise office, they had no knowledge of the rental, AND had not had any cars for a couple of weeks due to them being used for insurance purposes following a hail storm. This booking was completely a figment of some AI's imagination/insanity.
