The personnel were nice but very unclear on insurance coverage even though I repeatedly asked for clarification. Also dropoff instructions were wrong which was not nice in the middle of the night.

We reserved a premium SUV to move our daughter back to school well before the date we needed it. We got to Enterprise at 9:00 am - right when they opened - to get a car, and all they had were mini vans. No apologies. No explanations. Nothing. We walked out and will never be going back.

I confirmed a one way rental on line but when I went to pick up the car they refused my service because they didn’t want cars to leave the area. I was stranded there so they suggested I rent a uhaul truck to get home. Very disappointing.

Port St. Lucie Enterprise did not have any vehicles and cancelled our reservation. Had to go to Fort Pierce Enterprise where they charged us more for the same vehicle. Poor car rental experience

The speakers weren’t working properly and there was a small windshield crack on the windshield for what I paid I could’ve had a better car. But my past rentals with them have been great just this one time it wasn’t.

Tay the manager at north south bend location was very nice and helpful! The only SNAFU was there qss a $300 deposit (!) That neither KAYAK nor enterprise rental explained before we arrived to pickup the vehicle. Which was more than the rental price itself for 2 days! Thats outrageous and shouod have been explained IN BOLD PRINT BEFORE BOOKING!!!! SHAME ON KAYAK & ENTERPRISE for this poor explanation. While not a big deal for some, it was for us and put us in a bind. But we had to have this rental car for an urgent family situation and it was not a pleasant morning when we experienced this. Otherwise the van was great and Tay was amazing (and actually answered the phones! Unlike the moshawaka location which if they answer, you get put on hold for 30+ mins!)
