Cons:Only one agent at the rental counter. He was very nice but wait was long.
Cons:I was charged almost 50$ just to make the reservation. There were multiple hidden fees. Price point was way too much.
Pros:The Camry was a blast of a car. It is reasonably fuel efficient. I have never had a car that had a back up computer and I think my next car has to have one. Pick up and drop off was very quick.
Cons:The original contract was for 184.02. The final contract was for 612.33. When I got there the sales person was pushing the Camry giving me the mistaken Idea that I had gotten upgraded because they did not have any Jettas or there was a special on Camries. Charges for a second driver and the insurance to just take care of a deductible are excessive. The bill and receipt was already printed out and set up by the time I saw the actual bill. Getting add-ons over 3 times the express cost it truly ridiculous. Obviously the counter salesman are trained by this slight of hand but it has made sure that I will always look more carefully at the contract and make them re-do it when it does this to me.
Pros:Nice travel car, good gas mileage.
Cons:Half full of gas. Slow pickup. Car had loud noise in rear.
Pros:Originally the price was the cheapest but after the EZ Pay toll pass rental it doubled the price of the rental.
Cons:After taking our bags into our AirBnb we realized the car was infested with cockroaches. We had been in the car for 3 hours driving to the southwest part of the island and the bugs had already made it into our bags. We were smashing them as they crawled out of the bag and onto the floor and wall. When I went to the car in the morning, I moved an empty coffee can and two giant ones crawled out! When I called EZ I was told I had to drive the car back to trade it in. Both offices were 2.5 hours away, which meant 6 hours out of our day dealing with it. We lost an entire day out of an already short vacation. I tried for 3 days to contact Sandra, the manager, who refused to return my calls. When we finally returned the car, Sandra still wouldn't speak with me in person but sent an employee out to offer me 15% off the bill. Which would have been somewhat acceptable but when I got on the plane and looked, it was 15% of the daily rental fee, which was $7!!!!! Oh and I forget the toll pass. When I told the agent where I was going, she said I would definitely need the toll pass because there was no way to pay cash as you go and the fine for running a toll was $100 or something. This was complete BS!!! Every toll we passed through had a cash option. When I asked Sandra about it, she said it was company policy to sell it that way. Company policy to lie!!!! WTF? Once I got home, I called EZ and actually spoke with Sandra. After 15 minutes of me getting very angry and arguing with her she offered me $43 off the bill for the toll pass. I accepted it but I'm still irritated we were lied to and lost a day of vacation. Prebook charge was $80. Bill when I arrived was $160. Final bill was $111. However I haven't received the credit yet, so we'll see. Do not rent here!!!!!!!!

Pros:Frankly, the experience was very dissapointing.
Cons:The car had several mechanical issues, including a faulty transmission--at one point the car would not shift out of 4th gear when at over 6k RPM. It also had a faulty cell phone charger and was dirty when we got it. There were additional issues with the poor service and wait time, but getting a car that was unsafe was my biggest issue. I emailed customer service to let them know and ask what they would do about this. They provides a generic "we're really sorry but haha, we already have your money"-type of reply.
Cons:Place was too far from the airport and the building was a dump
Pros:I booked my car well in advance, but my flight did not get in until 10:30 pm. And when I arrived to pick up my car I was unapologetically informed there were no cars left. There was no solution solving, simply we are out of cars you can come back tomorrow. I will never be using ez again. Unreliable and left me in a total lurch at 10:30 pm after a long flight with no solution.
