Very long waiting time to pickup the car. Airport shuttle was overloaded and we had to take cab to get to Centauro.

Service could be better. Kind of rude in the answer of the questions, and no attention to the car details, just gave the keys and there is it: unparking, evaluate, learning any details by yourself.

Very easy check-in/check-out process and the best part was there was no surprise fees when picking up the car like some rental car company’s. I would definitely recommend this rental car company.

With Centauro it was good; not being informed that the pick-up is not at the airport / terminals but shuttle or taxi etc., was not so nice. Car & service & price very good.

They canceled my confirm reservation . Left me with no car.. I had to rent another car from another company paying five times as much.. It was a horrible experience.. I’ll never recommend kayaking to anyone

I can't fully rate the price since I somehow managed to book the wrong date and so when I got there it was a same day rental which I would expect would not be the same price. I payed for 1 day rental with full coverage ~60€. Not a great price but again really last minute. The car was a nice Fiat, small which is nice if you are driving/parking in Lisbon and low consumption.

Centauro tries really hard to sell insurance which is 10x more than the cost of the rental. Agents whole demeanour changes so once you let them know that you’re opting out of the insurance and going with credit card insurance.
