They stole my credit card information and I had to cancel my card when the fraud department called me with over $2000 of unauthorized purchases from several online stores. They are crooks.

Routes operates under Eurocar in the Nelson, NZ airport. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of time. It took us awhile to figure that out. Otherwise, great experience.

The wait wasn't too long. Car was nice and clean. However you have to make sure you look around the car for any damages or dents or windshield ok. So when you return it all is the same.
