they asked 300 euro for the rental and 650+tax for the insurance. Scam

15 customers waited 1 1/2 hours for a car! It was unbelievable. People were furious! Many had meetings and events that they were going to be late for. It is a small poorly run airport and the rental system is pitiful. It would have been better to uber to a rental place away from the airport.

Hi We recently rented a RAM pick up truck. We were charged for fuel but when we received it only had a half tank. Can you please arrange for the fuel charge to be reimbursed?

After a long wait time, the associate try to scam us into buying a full package of additional insurance for $150+ without ever mentioning it at all. Be aware!! Ask questions! Double check your bill!! Don’t just sign anything!

Will never use dollar rent a car again. They did not have the vehicle they promised and then tried to bait and switch us to a suv that was three times the price
