We were charged an extra credit card surchage of of 11 NZ$. I had a quote for this car and all fees, that should have applied. It is mandatory to pay with credit card, so there should not be an extra fee after all.Reviewed 5 Apr 2024

Cons:My reservation was never found by dollar when we arrived. Had to rebook the reservation and it delayed us 2 hours. Not dollars fault. It was kayaks. Jazz at Dollar was very accommodating and helped us get a car.Reviewed 10 May 2018
