The customer service is excellent. Pick up and drop off process is very easy. If I can suggest, it would be nicer if Thrifty has a newer fleet for a minivan because this Toyota Hiace is definitely on the older versionReviewed 22 Dec 2024

Scotty at Auckland airport was great, helpful friendly etc but after that all downhill. I’ve emailed thrifty 3 times about issues with the car and still have had no reply. I called their customer service and the issue was not resolved. The car has been returned but the office was closed at 4 pm on a week day so I could only drop the keys off and still have not been able to speak to anyone. Poor customer service.Reviewed 16 Feb 2024
