I liked the fact that they gave me a free upgrade to the vehicle I requested. However, there was very little communication or indication that the pick-up location would be closed at 5pm and there was no after hour pick-up number or anything. I came a half hour later and then had to book another hotel with my son and come back the next morning to pick up the car. When I asked if my drop off location was directly at the airport they said yes. However the day of my drop off I checked the address in my itinerary and it is NOT at the airport.
