The staff seemed to be doing their best in a difficult situation handling a lot of customers. We had a reservation to pick up a car. There were other patient people waiting. It seemed chaotic, like there should have been numbers given to us to give us a clue. We waited for our turn. I paid an upgrade to drive a Volkswagen Jetta. They said a Toyota Corolla was in the same class and that’s what they had. I see now that I paid a lot for the “convenience” of picking the car up in town in addition to Kayak’s fee.
