The drop off agent was exceptional. The pickup process was poor. One agent with 6 people in que. one customer took 15 minutes. Finally two additional agents stepped in. Accelerated fast check in did not work for me. Car had a lot of minor scratch marks which I don’t care about other than concern of being charged. The biggest issues is after 10 minutes of leaving I received a low fuel notification and had to find a gas station. I was expecting a full tank.Reviewed 4 Sept 2026

We waited over 2.5 hours to receive our rental. Management provided wait times that were not accurate: first we were told one hour, then 1.5 hours, the 2 hours ect. It was finally 2 hours 45 mins later that we received the rental. We were also told that they were extremely understaffed and dealing with operational problems. We have two young kids under the age of 5 so you can imagine how upsetting this was not to mention how it created an unpleasant start to our vacation. To pay a premium for a rental, I expect better service and lower wait times.Reviewed 14 July 2024
