Pros (+) Staff was nice and polite. They offered us water and I warm cookie which was very appreciated in the cold weather. My husband wanted a room that was very quiet. It was definitely quiet and comfortable.They called the room to make sure that we are happy with it after we checked in. Pros (+) We enjoyed the happy hour and the pool while we were here and liked the size and layout of our room. Check-in was easy as well without issues.
Cons (-) We experienced a very uncomfortable security issue because of other adult guests while at the pool. The hotel was slow to react to our concerns and did not offer us any compensation. The safety of my children is paramount, so we will never stay here again.
