Cons:
We ordered a 7 passenger van with capacity for 3 bags. Our confirmation showed an Opel Vivaro or similar. At pickup we were given a much smaller car that technically 7 people could squeeze into uncomfortably, but left no room for any bags. When the discrepancy was brought up at the counter and the email confirmation was shown, they said they don’t know why I was sent that email confirmation and they didn’t have any other car and there was nothing they could do. The only reason we went with Kayak and Dollar was to get the passenger van, and were forced to change our plans. It’s unfortunate Kayak and Dollar cannot communicate better, but we no longer trust their services and will not be using either again.Global Rent A Car
