Pros:
Staff was very helpful especially since Kayak allowed me to book a pick-up time that was the same at their closing time on Christmas eve! Insane. I was on-time but the door was just locked. The staff saw me and was nice enough to open the door and get me the car. Because these are reservations, not paid-for bookings they easily close a few minutes early if there are no customers, especially on holidays like Christmas eve. Not cool Kayak, that could have been reallyyyy upsetting.Cons:

Make sure you pay attention to the vehicle prior to driving away. After drop off I was called by the hire car company about a missing parcel shelf that was not there when I picked up the vehicle.2.0 Poor

We supposed to book the car with Dollar, however when we picked up the car, it has to be with Hertz and they said that the car was not payed and the insurance either, so we payed two times de car.FLIZZR
