Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, clean and well-maintained rooms, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. The pool and spa facilities are also highlighted as standout features. However, several guests report issues with service, including unresponsive or unfriendly staff and language barriers. Some mention that the restaurant and bar were closed during their stay, and a few note minor maintenance issues in the rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding the hotel's amenities and atmosphere.
