We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and regret not staying longer. We had the best service possible right from checking in to the hotel to checking out. All the staff where very friendly and very helpful. From guest realtions, pool side, cleaning and all the kitchen/waiting staff. A very BIG thank you to Asmi who gave a 5***** service when we had breakfast and dinner. She went out her way daily and made sure we where all well fed and watered. And Krishna, Vinoth, Shadadh and Prasanth who also assisted us and where extremely helpful during our stay. To be fair all the staff we came across deserve a special thank you. As daily we where greeted by who ever we crossed paths with and everyone wanted to help. Even including the hotel greeting staff (parking assistants) who work outside in the incredible heat but still have a smile on there face and are happy to help carry bags out the car, call a taxi for you taxi etc. On one occasion I accidentally left my phone in a taxi who dropped us back to the hotel. The staff where very quick to react and within 10mins I had my phone back. This is probably the first hotel we have stayed at where they made us FRESH warm eggless croissants crepes and pancakes daily. This was a little added bonus to our trip, as usually we gotta deal with what's being served. And being vegetarians your often left with not much choice. But at Grand Hyatt they catered for everyone!!! The rooms are spacious, and very clean. Again nothing to fault in this area. The pool/sun lounges area is massive with many chairs to kick back and relax on. They have a kids pool with a few slides and a kids playing area. We didn't use the spa area so cant comment on that. Highly highly recommend staying here, and definitely will be coming back. My whole family (7 of us) enjoyed every moment of the stay, and we hope the staff, service and quality of the hotel doesn't change.

Loved the overall ambience of this hotel and the attention to detail. The breakfasts are legendary and you have plenty of time to enjoy them if arriving late the previous night. Staff go out of their way to make you feel very special and do it without the expectation of further reward. We have used it twice for "Stopovers" only to realise that we should have stayed longer on both occasions.

Indoor Pool too Cold and corresponding spa was too hot. Don't know why this was so but outdoor pools fantastic. We've stayed in many hotels all over the world and so called "Heated" pools have just been a token gesture, lacking in size, depth and ambience. This hotel has the ability to adjust temperatures, but for some reason chose not to on this occasion but I'm sure the issue could be addressed.
