Pros: Everything was very good except the internet.
Cons: Internet was useless. Signal was so weak in my room I couldn't connect. Others have mentioned this and really in this day and age internet connection should be flawless. Fix it! Had to use my phone as a hotspot which is much more expensive.

Pros: Loved the location. My son loves sushi and this street was sushi heaven. The hotel room was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Cons: When I got there they informed me that there would be an up charge because the room they had for me did not accommodate the number of people on my reservation. Am still trying to figure out if I paid twice for the room There is also no concierge and the staff is not overly friendly. However, they are very competent and pointed us in the right direction to get the information we needed.

Pros: Quiet, very clean, coffee available in the corridor, nice greeting staff, affordable... bottle opener in the room :)
Cons: When we booked, we were not asked if we wanted a breakfast included. In every single hotel we were the days before, all breakfasts were included, so we forgot that in this one it wasn't the case. The asian girl in charge of cleaning the dining room waited for us to start our breakfast to ask for our "breakfast card". Obviously we didn't have it. So she became VERY UNFRIENDLY, asked for our room keycard and went to the reception desk. When she went back, she just gave us our keycard back, without a word or even a smile. We would have appreciated a request for this breakfast card BEFORE we entered the room. We felt like we were trapped, after feeling that we committed a crime. Too bad, so far it had been a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Location is OK. Not too far from where stuff happens (main station mainly), but not a particularly nice area by itself.
Cons: The room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette. We immediately complained but the only member of staff there at the time told us the hotel was fully booked for the night so we couldn't switch rooms. He said he'd get back to me once he spoke with the owner, but he never contacted me, neither by phone or by knocking on our room. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, but the smell was still there throughout the night. The air in the hall was much cleaner than that of the room. You get what you pay, I guess.

Pros: The hotel is 150 meters from the main train station. Very convenient. The tram pases across the street.
Cons: The hotel is old. The main issue that disrupted my stay was the lack of Air Conditioner. This hotel has four Stars, I never imagined that with such high rating would be lacking something so standard. I stayed on July 3 rd, on a top floor. We opened all the windows, including some in the roof, which helped a little, but being in Summer, it rained in the middle of the night and water started to fall on top of our beds. The other issue was that the shower hose was clogged, even though there was lots of pressure in the pipes bearly any would come out. Not a very pleasant stay for a four star hotel.

Pros: Location was only thing good about this place.
Cons: Expensive for what you got. Noisy as walls were hollow. Staff not friendly and did not speak English. Walked into my room twice and never made my room even when I asked for it to be made. There was no value and I could not understand why they charged what they did
