Pros (+) Extremely charming and convenient to Estes park and Rocky Mountain NP. We loved being on Fall River, and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on site. Staff went over and above welcoming us and providing local recommendations for food and things to do. We will definitely be back.
Cons (-) Close to the road, but this made for convenient and quick access to town and the Park. Couldn't hear much road noise over the sounds of Fall River.

Pros (+) Beautiful location, cozy room, convenient to get to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Cons (-) Air conditioning was off already and it was HOT in our room. The porch connects to everyone else's on our floor, and the loud jerks next door decided to smoke marijuana, so we couldn't even leave the windows open.

Pros (+) This place is exactly what we expected! It's nestled right by a beautiful creek & just a short distance to RMNP! We were a bit surprised that the main road was so close, but it ended up being a huge perk because of easy access! The sound of the creek drowned out the noise from the road.
