Cons (-) I checked in at 11:30 pm and just wanted to sleep. I had chosen this hotel because it was cheap and I just wanted to sleep! When I opened the door, I couldn't believe the smell! Cons (-) Not in the best area. No phone in room, room clean but not the best, overpriced but expected during race weekend.

Pros (+) Cheap. Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable enough to just sleep for the evening if you're passing through.
Cons (-) A lot of weekly rental customers. They have a bar on site that doesn't attract the best of clientel. a lot of people wandering around outside before and after bar closed.
