Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. However, many reviews noted the lack of air conditioning as a significant drawback, especially during the summer months, and several guests mentioned that the shared bathrooms and absence of amenities like a fridge or kettle impacted their comfort. Some also reported issues with street noise and the challenge of carrying luggage up several flights of stairs due to the lack of an elevator. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in the feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
