Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with some reviewers specifically mentioning positive interactions with the front desk. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, describing it as basic or lacking variety. Service issues were noted, including unresponsive staff and problems at check-in and check-out.
