Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and local attractions, as well as the availability of a free airport shuttle. Some found the rooms clean and comfortable, and a few mentioned friendly staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the air conditioning, pool safety and availability, inconsistent service, and issues with breakfast variety and shuttle scheduling. Cleanliness and room conditions were mixed, with some guests satisfied and others noting unpleasant odors or worn furnishings. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and basic amenities, but improvements are needed in maintenance and service responsiveness.AI-generated from customer reviews
