Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, mold, stained carpets, and neglected bathrooms as major issues. While some appreciated the convenient location near public transport and shops, and a few found the price reasonable, the overall experience was marred by poor maintenance, unprofessional service, and uncomfortable beds. Only a handful of reviews mentioned positive aspects such as friendly staff or good WiFi, but these were overshadowed by the negative feedback on hygiene and upkeep.
