Pros: First and foremost, the staff at this location are excellent.
Easy to converse with, personable, it's a warm feeling that greets you as you walk through the doors.
The vehicles I have rented thus far are superb, always delivered clean and it's only a few minutes confirming details before I am on the road.
Prices are exceptionally fair for the level of service and the vehicle type you will receive.
I highly recommend anyone in Hamburg to visit this location when looking for an auto rental.

Cons: The rental company did not recognize the insurance acquired through the website ,I had to pay twice as expensive, and you can send your cancellation insurance just call and do not have time to do so.

Last minute lifesavers
Pros: The staff went out of their way to help us on renting and returning. It was my first experience with Enterprise. It won't be the last.
Pros: Car was ready when we arrived; no pressure to upgrade; staff was friendly and professional.
Cons: All was good.

Pros: Car (Skoda) seemed to be an upgrade from VW Golf; car was roomy & fairly fuel-efficient.
Cons: I arrived at the airport at 0800; AVIS did not open until 0900.
Found no "Parkschein" in the car.
Automatic engine turn-off/on was annoying (that's Skoda's problem, not Avis')
Drop-off was terribly slow and seemingly disorganized
Pros: Got a 4 door car rather suppose to be 2 door
Cons: Pick up & delivery is in big parking lot !! Not easy

Cons: That was one of the worst rent experience ever. First of all i haven't received a car, i ordered! After calling to the rent office i got an aswer that my order is still active and i can get similar class car in the airport office, but that wasn't true.
My order was cancelled and i had to look for a new car
Cons: pickup first my car was not available. I was offered to upgrade to higher class for extra payment which i did. when i got to the car it turned out that it was a different car from what i had upgraded to. i took the keys back they explained that the car is mislisted in their computer system. The next car was fine but when I turned the portable GPS on, which I had also rented, the screen was badly broken. Due to the fact that they were understaffed and could not accompany me to the car I had to walk back and forth from the parking lot to the rental desk a few times and wasted half an hour until all their mistakes were corrected.
