Pros: I liked the pool, pretty clean and water was very comfortable. Definitely recommend getting a suite since those are the only rooms with a nice view, the standard rooms face a parking lot.
Cons: What I didn't like was the smell of the room and the fact that our first room had a used razor in the bathroom.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked.
Cons: The room was quite dark and the toilet didn't work. However, they did send someone immediately to fix it. The room had a musty smell. When the maid came (we were there for 2 days), she only left one washcloth and one handtowel for the two of us.

Pros: The room we had was very nice. We had multiple view balconies and it had a townhouse like feel to it complete with a living room and 2 bedrooms/2 baths on different floors. The resort was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The 4 pools were located side by side with flora and fauna separating each other and were filled with salt water. Each pool area having fresh water showers to rinse off with. Check out was super easy, you just called the front desk to checkout.
Cons: The only negative comment is the parking. The number of parking spaces within the resort does not accommodate the number of guests. We had to park beside a Walgreens which was near the resort but did not have walkable pathways to the resort. We had to walk through trees and climb a slight hill that had no traction.

Pros: Loved the resort and public areas. The bartender was the nicest lady I have ever seen. She made our trip.
Cons: When we arrived at 6pm I was told my room was not ready as I had made my reservation an hour before....so I guess rooms don't get clean unless there are reservations made which made no sense.

Pros: PK staffers were very diligent in their quest to make the hotel first class. Thank you for your efforts!
Cons: Our room phone never did work. Internet service was frequently interrupted. BR sink faucets functioned poorly. The White Sox did not win too many games.

Pros: Nice resort with beautiful grounds. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. We stayed in an "ocean view" room which had a very nice "beach area outside of our back door and veranda.
Cons: Parking is limited and constrained. The shuttle service to Old Town is inconvenient (2 hour intervals); but free. There are very few local (within walking distance) restaurants. The best, a Fridays, has closed.

Cons: I don't see how this is one of the most luxurious hotels in Key West. I felt completely nickled and dimed on top of the extremely high rate for the hotel. They even try to add on a donation to an undisclosed non-profit -- granted it's a minimal donation but a customer shouldn't have to opt out of giving a donation. The parking fee, considering you're so far from Duval Street, is ridiculous and is over $21 after tax. The set-up of the rooms is far from comfortable -- a common entrance for 2 different rooms, which exacerbates the noise made by your neighbor. Furthermore, so much construction was going on around the hotel that we literally had to call the hotel to find out how to enter -- they then informed us that we had to enter through Hyatt's parking lot. I honestly couldn't wait to check out, but even that caused problems as they made me wait in line for 25 min since they only had one person working the desk. Steer clear of this hotel.

6.8
Pros: The room was very nice and luxurious. The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient.
Cons: Everything was and extra charge ie parking and breakfast. The "beach front" wasn't an ocean access which was very misleading. It was located far from most of the activities in Key West.

Pros: I didn’t need to leave the hotel. Pool, hot tub, excellent restaurant. Prices were very reasonable for the area. Very nice rooms.

Pros: Shuttle service was very convenient and helpful. Ron was an excellent driver who cares about his passengers. Check in and check out was easy as pie. Our room was spotless, as if Danny Tanner lived there himself.
Cons: Parking fees are a bummer. I was sad when I heard the news. Our view from our room was a construction site...so we had to use our imaginations to see what was not there. A security guard made us uncomfortable by staring at my wife's beautiful legs. There needs to be more lizards and iguanas on the property.

Cons: You have to pay for parking, the beach is nothing to rave about and mostly weeds and grass. The rooms are super tiny. To me the hotel seems appropriate as a 3 star hotel. Good thing is close to downtown and shopping.

Pros: Location was good
Cons: They are doing construction and cutting tile 9 to 5 during the week next to the pool. Should have let us know in Advance. Could not use pool or beach all day due to noise

9.7
Pros: Convenient parking. Easy check in. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. I did not venture about as was a quick one night business visit, but the grounds are pleasant, secure. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: A bit expensive for a single with parking lot view and strange, shared entry foyer. I guess it is meant as a sort of adjoining room for a larger group. Every time the neighbor came and went it was two slammed doors. The doors are real loud when they close. I felt self conscious and tried to close them more quietly when I cam and went.

Pros: Less than 3 min from key west airport! The hotel provides free shuttle to and from airport. We arrived airport and I called them and they were there in less than 10 minutes! The shuttle to take us back ran every half hour w/o a reservation. The pool is saltwater, clean, and nicely laid out to have a great cross breeze to beach if you don't want to get in the water your comfortable in lounge chair.
Cons: We stayed in a standard king room, which was fine size for us (without cooking amenities). What wasn't great was that it was on 1st floor which is adjacent to N. Roosevelt Blvd, so the traffic can be loud and wake you up.

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, nice pool with bar. Rooks were clean and comfortable
Cons: The fitness room needs updating. Limited equipment. There was also a hidden fee not disclosed when booking - a $25/night "destination/amenity fee". That included 2 drinks per day at the bar, pool towels and shuttle transportation to the downtown area of key west. Perhaps that was useful to some travelers but it was a waste of $50 for the 2 nights we spent there as we did not use the pool, bar or the shuttle. Sneaky, hidden fees like that should be disclosed when booking.

Cons: Parking and breakfast seating. The parking spaces are MUCH too thin, creating many spaces which were unparkable as others had parked over both side lines. This made my 8 month pregnant wife have to walk from the opposite side of the hotel in the only parking spot available. Also, at 9:00 am, there is not enough tables for the amount of people eating breakfast. We had to sit in the lobby to eat our breakfast. These two things made our stay less enjoyable.
Good
6.5
Pros: The price was fair. Breakfast was decent. Newer hotel.
Cons: We had two experiences with roaches. We advised the front desk each time. One said she would make a note of it the other person at the desk took several minutes to explain the habits of Palmetto bugs in the warm weather. No one came to spray or check on the room. Breakfast could have a little bit more variety.

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and very engaging. The concierge was knowledgeable, the front desk attendants quick, and the breakfast crew were on top of everything. I have no comments on the maid service because we did not let them into our room for the duration of the stay. They offer a variety of helpful coupons and pamphlets to help acclimate you to the island.
Cons: Our room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, and the shower had mildew in some of the grout. The sink area allowed a pool of water to collect due to an uneven surface. The walls are quite thin. The rooms were lacking in lighting. Being one of two Fairfield locations in Key West, it's the farther from the major attractions. Overall, small gripes. I would certainly stay here again

Pros: I liked the lobby, pool, and room overall.
Cons: The staff wasn't too helpful, it could have been because it wasn't directly booked with them but through Kayak. I wanted to change from a king size bed to a two bed room but they said they were sold out. However, when walking around the hotel around 11PM I saw plenty of empty rooms with two beds. In addition, I got (initially) charged for drinks I did not have at the pool. Overall it's okay, but I wouldn't book there again unless it was my only option.

6.0
Pros: The room was updated, and the lobby was very nice. The hotel is close to 3 others and you are able to use any of the pools, etc.
Cons: The hotel is far from town. This was our first time to Key West so we didn’t realize that there is only one area that stuff happens, so we might as well have been out in the suburbs. Also the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. The pool is constantly out of towels. So that is a bit disappointing.
Excellent
9.4
Pros: The decor was clean, modern and beautiful The pool look like a picture, the furniture and umbrellas complemented the key west vibe Beds, chair and bathroom look like new, perfect condition and extremely clean
Cons: The price was a bit high so I expected at least to have complementary continental breakfast that other less expensive hotel offered. Extremely late check in and early check out. Check in does not start until 4:00pm.

Pros: Great Pool with Pool Bar. Good locations, just at the entrance to Key West, you can't miss it.
Cons: Houskeeping could have been a little better. First Day, our towels were not changed, which was alright. But we didn't get wash cloths. Also had to use Hand Towel as a bath mat.

Pros: We arrived at Ibis Bay Beach Resort in the late afternoon. Check in was very easy and we were intrigued by the “old school” room key. The room was very cute, small, and clean. We had planned a very busy trip of sightseeing in Key West and the Dry Tortugas, so the room was just about perfect for us. We enjoyed the macaw just outside the lobby that greeted us with “Hello” when we walked up the steps and said “Bye Bye” when we left. All things considered (just 2 months post-Irma) we enjoyed our visit.
Cons: The shower was small and the water pressure low, so rinsing off was a bit of a challenge.
Okay
5.4
Pros: The convenience to the shuttle bus, mopeds, kayaks, jet ski were great! Room was colorful, seemed fairly clean. The location is far away from downtown Key West, so it was quiet. Loved the tortoise sanctuary in the unusable part of the back parking lot. Great use of property for a good cause. All the hard working outdoor staff were friendly and said good morning or Hi.
Cons: poor wifi anywhere on the property. They need to bring that up to modern expectations and expand the width and reach to accommodate all the modern electronics that are being used., breakfast in stoned crab was less than what you would expect for a nicer restaurant (food was not fresh, poorly made, not much selection. No food service until 8 am, only coffee which is self serve.) Front desk staff was stand offish, very business like. No clock in the room or necessary outlets to accommodate current 2016 needs. Bathroom was very small, lots of old dirty caulking around the tub and floor. Bay view with hammock is not private, the next door quests are only two feet away. That was very misleading on the website. Maid never came to our room in the 3 days we were there. No one told us to get maid service we needed to hang the door tag on the outside of the door requesting the maid service. We had to go searching for ice, no ice machine. Ice is all the way to the bar, stand in line with the others waiting for food service.

Pros: My wife and I came here to get away for one night. Nice rooms (old school) but clean. Staff was overly friendly and made us feel like our stay was the only thing that mattered. In less than 24 hours we used the pool , ate dinner, night kayaked on the reef, ate breakfast, toured on Jet Ski's checked out and had a blast. We had been at upscale pricey tourist compounds for 2 weeks, left one of our prepaid hotels with one bag packed and found this gem and returned to the compound the next day. Sharon at the bar/restaurant was friendly and made sure we new what to do and where to go. The food was fresh and the service was great The onsite watersport people were great and made each experience the right level for the guests. (saw a 70+ y.o. jet ski with ease) I know some rooms are smaller but rooms are for sleeping and I didn't come here to sleep! We will be back!!!

Pros: Location was beautiful. Paid extra for beachfront and it was worth it. Did not use the pool. Room décor was beautiful. Concierge was helpful with maps and activities. Nice patio area where shorebirds came to visit in the morning; hammocks very restful.
Cons: No maid service. Had to ask for clean towels. On site restaurant was very pricey. Bathroom very tiny.

Pros: The room decor was cute.
Cons: Everything. The service at the hotel restaurant was awful. Unfriendly staff that seemed to dislike their jobs. Rooms were tiny, shower was tiny. The “continental breakfast” was frozen waffles and hard boiled eggs. The food and drinks were insanely over priced. You can get a better bang for your buck anywhere else in key west. They advertise a “beach” but it is definitely not a swimming beach nor is it a pretty beach. We were very disappointed in our choice to stay at The Ibis.
"Located in New Town, this hotel is 2.4 mi (3.9 km) from Key West Harbour, and within 6 mi (10 km) of Key West Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters Museum and Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Harry S. Truman Little White House and Southernmost Point are also within 6 mi (10 km). "

Pros: the grounds are very nicely put together. The rooms were designed with luxury in mind. Being new they just have some growing pains to surpass but they will get there. The front desk staff seemed friendly and willing to attempt to fix any problem you might encounter.
Cons: Being fairly new, the first room we were provided had issues with the barn door for the bathroom where it wouldn't close. We had paid for a ocean view and we're given a room where the elevator block the view. The front desk was able to give us another room but couldn't provide us then with the size bed we had requested since we were there for multiple nights. The new room was clean and similarly put together but the barn door still on occasion would get stuck. Leaving one of us trapted temporary in the bathroom. The second downfall which really has to do with the location is it is right there upon entering key west so if you request a ocean view room, you're going to hear the traffic coming and going.

Pros: Service in general very good, front desk people very nice, pool with the palm trees! clean rooms, bar services, clean and warm towels. That was a good experience there. thanks a lot.
Cons: the breakfast wasn't what we expected. and the restaurant after hours, that we had to walk to the "next door restaurant" to get the food.

Pros: The hotel bar was nice. The bartenders were friendly & quite helpful about any questions we had about Key West.
Cons: The resort fee is too expensive. The shuttle does not run @ all times. A cab cost about $16 to get to Duval St. There were never enough towels in the room; however, when we called, housekeeping did bring more towels within 30 minutes. The room was much smaller than it looked from the pictures on the website. Next time I will also choose to stay closer to Old Town.

Cons: The elevator was slower than snails snot. You can see the water around all the obstructions. But it is not the Oceanview, it is water but not the ocean. Way overpriced

Pros: Loved the food truck, great idea. Live music was great too, wonderful artists. Bar have nice seating areas. Ping pong table and corn hole game was a nice touch plus pool is a good size. Shuttle provided by the hotel makes getting to old town so much easier too. All shuttle drivers were super nice.
Cons: People at the front desk weren’t nice. They tried to multitask and take care of few customers at same time. I would rather wait for my turn to get the right service. Our room was dark and smelled very musty, looked clean though. We were located at the very last building next to housekeeping nook, which looks messy and dirty, not appealing at all plus housekeeping ladies were extremely loud every morning waking is up very early... One day our Key wasn’t working and we had to wait a little for someone to show up at the desk, we were taken care of but no smile, no thank you or sorry...
