Key West hotels near Memorial Sculpture Garden

Cons: I was happy with the bed but my husband would have loved a firmer one.

Cons: Receptionist was not pleasant, tried to ask for a different softer pillow, was told there are only the pillows in the room and there were no different than those. Not helpful at all. Breakfast was not much to much to speak of, some pastries, and over cooked hard boiled eggs. Definitely not worth the money . It was close to Duvall Street but other than that there is nothing that would compell me to stay there again!

Cons: 3 roaches + checked into a dirty room....but staff made it right.

Cons: Air conditioners all make excessive noise due to rusted components. No exhaust fans in bathrooms

Cons: It is a shame when the first person you meet at the counter sets the tone of feeling unwelcome. The continental breakfast was sparse but ok.

Cons: Outdated but fully functional in a great location

Cons: Tiny bathroom. Lazy, scruffy, inattentive staff.

Cons: Shower pressure Too much light coming from the window blinds.

Cons: We had three couples and three queen rooms. Some of the rooms were small. Breakfast setup was in the hotel lobby with no seating, although there are plenty of tables located around the facility.

Cons: The cleaning staff started their rounds pretty early, like 9:30, and we weren't up and moving yet.

Cons: WiFi connection not stable.

Cons: The outdoor patio looks a little old, but due to the weather specific in the Keys (rain and flooding ) I guess it's not easy to keep it at perfect condition all the time. Everything else is great.

Cons: Parking is quite a problem at this location and forcing some people to park in random lots nearby, which is never a good idea in the Keys. The ice machines never seemed to be working well. The rooms are also very small, actually uncomfortable for 4 people to be in a room with two double beds. Most likely would stay here again, but not my first choice.

Cons: The staff's customer service was extremely underwhelming. Front desk agents were sweet but very young and it reflected in the level of service and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. Housekeeping had the worst attitudes anytime we requested anything as if we were inconveniencing them, they would scoff at any question! We were running a little late to the complimentary breakfast but willing to grab anything still out—the lady picking up literally pulled baskets of bagels away from us and rolled her eyes when we asked where we can could find cream cheese. I was shocked at how ugly her attitude towards us was when we are guests spending A LOT of money to stay at their locations and were very respectful towards her.

Cons: the room was a little warm for me...i set the thermostat to 68 degrees and the temp never dropped below 73 degrees...

Cons: Pool was way too cold for swimming. I doubt that it was heated at all! I booked this hotel because of the heated pool!

Cons: It can be a bit noisy as the rooms aren't too sound proof. We were awaken both days by people in the next room or in the hallway.
