Loved the feel of this hotel, the bungalows were really clean and had a Grecian feel to them which we loved. Beach area was perfect and only a short moped ride to the centre of Lamai
Some of the staff were a little dismissive if asked for something and the price of the drinks/food in the hotel were way to high...
The rooms were amazing, bright and clean. Loved the pool and it’s right on the beach.
It did say there was gym facilities and spa facilities however this was not the case.
The hotel is on the beach and it is nice to sit by the pool while also looking out to the sea.
Had quite a few issues with this location. Firstly we were supposed to be in a poolside hut but it is debatable whether it could be classified as poolside as you could just about see the pool from the balcony. We did not mind this too much though and did not mention it at reception. The shower in our room did not work and only had cold water, we thought it might start working so made do with cold showers the first night. The next day we had the same issue so we alerted staff and to be fair they moved us to a new room which was great however this room either had burning hot or freezing cold water. We did not bother alerting staff as we were only staying the two nights and did not want to move room again. The breakfast in the hotel was average, omelettes were the saviour. Restaurant was quite pricey so we ate at the hotel next door. All in all we were not satisfied with this hotel and found it to be quite expensive for what you get when compared with all the other locations we stayed in while on our trip around Thailand. The taxi prices were also very expensive when booking from reception, i suggest you download the 'grab' app (same as uber) to get a fair price. The hotel has great potential but is just lacking in a lot of areas.
The staff was really friendly, and helpful, and they were always around. The rooms were cute and cozy. Shower had hot running water. And the breakfast was buffet style.
The prices within the hotel were a bit too high, and the location isn't the most ideal.
Quiet, nice property with clean rooms and pool!
Quite expensive for food and drinks in the hotel and not much around the hotel either leaving you with not much choice of things to do/where to go without venturing out 30/40 mins. Beach lacked anything really, no sun loungers at all which was a shame!
