Pros: The staff responded to our need to move rooms after making sure the air conditioner did not work.
Cons: We ordered bottledwater at dinner. The server opened the water and we think the bottle had already been opened and used . The next days after both of us where sick. The electricity in our room also stopped working which did not help how we felt. We have learned to open our own water and to not trust the server as much.

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly. The Deluxe Jacuzzi Villa was perfect for 2 people. The grounds were well maintained . You get a nice feel of the tropical environment along with the beach at this resort. Private beach was perfect for swimming. Not clear enough to snorkel, though. Have roughly 20 beach chairs for suntanning. Never had a problem trying to find one. Three kayaks for guests to use. Life jackets and oars are free to use, too. Breakfast buffet was decent.
Cons: Thai food might be catered more towards foreigners and not considered truly authentic(coming from Thai people traveling with us). Large group, around 9, were drinking outside their room...which was located next to our villa. Called the front desk to ask if they could ask the guests to move inside their room. The employee knew of the noise(could hear the group on the other end of the front desk's phone). She said that if they continued to be loud after midnight, she would ask them to be quiet. Two hours later, around 12:40am, the noise stopped.
