Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shopping malls, eateries, and attractions, making it convenient for both families and solo travelers. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning unpleasant smells, stains, and general lack of upkeep. Service is generally acceptable, with some positive remarks about friendly staff, but a few guests experienced issues with check-out procedures and responsiveness. Parking is a notable downside, as it is not free and can be expensive or inconvenient. Bed comfort also receives criticism, with some guests finding the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is valued for its strategic location and reasonable pricing, but improvements in cleanliness, parking, and comfort are needed.
