Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's peaceful location, cleanliness, and quality breakfast. Many found the staff friendly, though some experienced inconsistent service. However, there were frequent complaints about the spa and wellness amenities, with many guests disappointed by limited access, malfunctioning facilities, and misleading advertising. Some also noted issues with room comfort, noise, and outdated interiors. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, cleanliness, and breakfast, improvements are needed in amenities and service consistency.
