Drop off was easy, car was clean and basically brand new.The cost of the insurance was outrageous. We have rented from Sixt in other countries and the cost of insurance (for full coverage) was more than half as much. Not sure what the deal was but the insurance costs 2.5 times the cost of the car itself!

The site is misleading and does not show all complete data. After arriving at the counter we realized that we were being cheated and we had to pay an extra of over 2 times what we paid. when i got there they told me that i need international license in order to take the car, otherwise i could take an EXTRA insurance which costs 5 times the cost of the car per day

Ended up not renting at allI did not like how the employee treated me.. nothing to like...Basically, this company Sixt treats its clients as prays, wants to make money as much as possible .. they refuse to rent me the car bcs I don't have international driver's license.. I have Canadian driver's license that I use anywhere in Europe every time I travel ... They asked me to pay almost € 100 per day just avoid not having DL.. and they also refused to give me the car without insurance even though I told them that I have my own insurance. and of course they asked to pay more for that... I ended up canceling my reservation with them and renting from a company next to them.. the new company gave me no hard time at all.. no international driver's license and no insurance..Thanks Sixt.. no more dealing with you...

Krakow Airport Terminal Sixt StaffCar was great and I got an excellent price from your website for it.Upon picking up my rental from Krakow the Sixt staff proceeded to up sell me additional insurance and explained the insurance I purchased through your website, which was sponsored on the rental confirmation I recieved; Allianz Global Assistance did not mean anything to them. Sixt explained if I did not buy insurance through them I would be personally liable for any damages to my rental and would have to separately/privately file a claim with Allianz. I do not appreciate this not being explained when I booked my car on priceline. I also do not appreciate being sold a $200 insurance only to pickup my car and be sold more insurance. You should train the companies your partner with such as Sixt to have an actual understanding of what you communicate to customers internationally. Terrible overall customer experience.

DeopositThey needed safety deposit with a credit card ( that i didnt take with me because i thought everything is allready paid for ) so without a card they told me they cant rent me a car

Painless rentalThe Sixt car rental is easy to locate within the airport terminal. the return is straightforward and easy to complete. the car was new and in very good condition. We received the requested car on our booking. The rental associates on pick-up and drop-off were very professional and clearly answered any of our questions. We purchased Insurance prior to arriving in our destination country and this is by far the best option in terms of managing cost.

They book car for me with pick up in Kraków return in Wrocław with millage limit 100km with no information in booking process so I would have to pay another 150 zl on top of that tried charge me another 35 euro for late pick up even if it was within reservation .
