Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location, describing it as a paradise close to both jungle and sea, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting from daily life. The staff were frequently mentioned as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing greatly to positive experiences. Many guests appreciated the good value for money, especially considering the unique setting and atmosphere. However, some reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and tents, and a few guests were disappointed with the breakfast options or unexpected extra charges. Overall, the positives of the natural setting, service, and value outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
