    Spacious Rooms and nice multiple balconies. We booked through Hotels.com with no guarantee of our requests for 4th floor and/or ocean view. When checking in we asked for an ocean view. Reception said none available but a pool view was. When we looked at the room there was no pool view, so we were disappointed but after settling in & opening blinds, we did in fact have an Ocean view from our bedroom and the 3rd balcony overlooked a lovely tree filled yard (with bird & squirrels) - Great views, just a shame that reception did not know this and tell us at check in.

    There is a kitchen but very little kitchenware - ie. glasses.

    Location is very good, cutomer service and staff is nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Gardens are lovely.

    It's hard to move around with stroller as there're stairs everywhere. Not enough funs/ A/C at breakfast area. Depending on the room you get, could be a little noisy.

    The Location of the hotel / proximity to the night clubs on the right ie cocoon, dejavu and 66 and restaurants on the left ie zanzibar and a few others.

    The pool... a bit dissappointing and the Room Service...always running late.

    The pool looks beautiful but is too deep with no shallow sections so hard to just relax in unless you use the kiddies pool.
