No smiles!
The working AC in the room.
The place is not 4 stars hotel. 3 at best if they were more accomading. The room was ok, I saw some small bugs on the table (hoping not from the bed). The room didnt come witg slippers, or small face towels. Basic room and view of the wall. The front desk staff was not rude but far from friendly. Not one smile the entire interaction as I checked in late. Felt like court checking in. The breakfast was not included in the rate I got. I went to take a look and it was mostly rice, carbs and oily. I was on the 1st floor so it was super noisy and I ended waking up at 6am/7am just because of the staff walking back and forth with carts and sounds of dishes for breakfast. I would not stay here again. Unless they had a overhaul of training. Then added some better selection of breakfast. Then I would say they can earn 3 stars.
