With a history as epic as the real Roman Empire, Caesars Palace rules over the center Strip with a wide range of rooms, The Colosseum and a mighty roster of Las Vegas restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The vibe: Vegas glitz with a Greco-Roman take, meandering layout, celebrity-driven offerings What we love: Caesars Palace has been around since 1966 and we admire this Las Vegas hotel for its ability to change with the times. By constantly modernizing - from adding new Las Vegas restaurants and the world's first-ever Nobu Hotel to bringing in star performers like Jerry Seinfeld and Reba, Brooks & Dunn and shows like the circus-style burlesque "Absinthe" - this empire shows no signs of decline. The Bacchanal Buffet does for a Vegas buffet what The Forum Shops at Caesars did to shopping - it elevates the experience (and we're grateful for that). With a mind-blowing array of delectable dishes prepared by a team of chefs, you'll discover small plates with things like fried chicken and waffles, red velvet pancakes and mini Wagyu sliders. Cleopatra's Barge has been a lively nightspot since it opened in 1970. What could be cooler than partying on this floating barge? When people get down on the dance floor it bobs around.  Insider tips: Speaking of walking, make sure you valet park at the hotel's main entrance when you arrive to check-in because the distance from the parking garage to the registration desk feels like a hike to Rome. Spend an afternoon at Qua Baths & Spa. Now there are too many treatments on the menu for us to suggest just one, but what we love is that as part of your visit you'll have access to the idyllic Roman baths, a laconium room, a tea lounge with a tea sommelier (who knew that existed?) and an Arctic ice room where - we kid you not - it snows. (You'll thank us for sending you here during the 100-plus-degree summer months.) Good to know: Navigating the ground floor of Caesars Palace - considering everything the resort has to offer and its winding layout - is a challenge. Hopefully, you've been doing some endurance training. just kidding, but be prepared to walk a lot. And because this place is so big, expect waits during peak times for checking in or out as well as for staff to get to your room if you should need something cleaned or fixed. There is valet and self-parking. Rates vary, so click here for details.

10.0 Wonderful
Everything was good. A mini fridge in the rooms would be and option for the guests not the one that they have where you have to buy what you take.
B
10.0 Wonderful
My favorite hotel on the strip. By far the best pool, plenty of shopping and restaurants, wide range of suites (older or newer), Good casino and sportsbook and club (Omnia). Central location in the strip. Only downside is it's a bit of an older hotel, but well maintained.
Z
4.0 Mediocre
Incorrectly charged for items in the room, lines were extremely long and slow moving. The employees were super nice and we got everything sorted out but their check in / check out process needs some work
P
10.0 Wonderful
The self-park garage is really far from the Augustus tower. Other than that a nice hotel
D
3.9 Poor
The good parts: * Location right on the strip, making it easy to walk to nearby resorts for shows. * Lots of shops, gaming, restaurants, etc. both inside and nearby. * The food and service was good at several of the restaurants and bars. The problems: * At checkin they only had two people running the front desk, so it took over half an hour. * My reservation was for a n expensive suite, the main benefit of which was a whirlpool tub. They were overbooked the first night and put me in an "accessible" room which replaced the whirlpool tub with a shower with grab bars. The next day after I complained they moved me to the expensive room I paid for, but with no compensation for the first night. * At checkin they didn't enter my wife's info correctly for our reservation, which we didn't discover until three days later when she was on her own at the Cafe Americano 24 restaurant for breakfast and tried to have the bill attached to the room. They treated her like a criminal and I had to run down from a work meeting to extract her. * Many small things were broken - the rods on the curtains for pulling them shut/open, the lever on the sink to stop it from draining, the surround shower heads in the spa area all didn't work, etc. Lots of maintenance neglect on the property. The wrong room the first night, where I had to pay for the room I reserved but got something much less, and the humiliation my wife experienced and their treatment of her due to their own error, was unacceptable. Next time we will be staying elsewhere. Fortunately in Vegas there are a lot of choices.

2.0 Poor
Cons:Stayed in a Forum Tower suite. Took 45 minutes to check in. The sofa in our suite was in such disrepair that you sank into the frame when you sat on it. We had to turn the mattress around because the springs in the upper left side were destroyed. Curtains were falling off the rod. Did not get housekeeping service our entire stay. Had to call to have fresh towels delivered and that took over an hour. Food at Caesars is overpriced compared to other casinos e.g. $47 for a pepperoni pizza from the Forum Food Court. Was charged a $52.02 resort fee which is the highest I've ever paid at a Vegas hotel. Will never stay at an Eldorado property again.
A
2.0 Poor
Pros:I liked the Forum shops.
Cons:The hotel was extremely understaffed. I was there 4 days and my room was never cleaned. It took at least 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. Mask wearing was not enforced by security. 2 elevators were broken. Lines for coffee were 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager three times and was never answered. The pools were too full for hotel guests. The food for room service was extremely overpriced.
G
8.0 Very Good
Pros:bed comfy, food a mixed bag, was nice as it was not wall to wall people
Cons:staff was hit or miss, not up to prior standards which i think is due to the new owners of caesars which is el dorado gaming that changed its name ro caesars upon purchase. el dorado now carrying a big debt load from purchase, noone seemed to be winning at the slots but the tables were were pretty good this trip
A
4.0 Mediocre
Cons:the pizza, cheaper prices
N
4.0 Mediocre
Pros:The gym and the pool.
Cons:The room was not very clean. Our shower would not drain you have to stand in dirty water as you shower. No housekeeping our entire stay. No extra towels or toilet paper. It was a total joke. We will never go back to that hotel. I won a small jackpot and left early. We didn’t even Finnish our entire stay I hated our room so much.
