Excellent 10.0
Pros: room location was perfect
Cons: no comp,aints
Excellent 10.0
Pros: quiet, safe, great room for family.
Cons: the Starbucks staff cold have been a little nicer
Good 7.0
Pros: The villa it self is still very cozy
Cons: The shower was not that clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved how the whole place was clean, the staff was friendly. I loved both pool and bar the roof top bar was beautiful and an amazing view I will stay there again I love the fact that it was walking distance from everything
Cons: nothing bad to say
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Large room, close to the Las Vegas strip
Cons: Pool and bar on roof were closed for renovations, and I was not aware of this when I booked. Room was decorated in shades of grey, really needed a bit of color to liven it up.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room
Cons: Breakfast buffet
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great rooms, nice, clean and spacious with plenty of closet space. Kitchen amenities are included and are very practical for extended stays.
Cons: None.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The space in the room, and the view, and also everything needed was there besides reasonably priced food and drinks.
Cons: Price of things,no shuttle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location- it¿s right off the strip, so you get the feel of the crowds without actually being directly we n the crowds. The hotel and staff- WONDERFUL! My room request was met and the staff service and attitudes were awesome. Not one complaint!
Cons: Not that it¿s a problem... just know they have hotel valet park you car. Just add about 5 to 15 minutes (depending on time of day) to have them pull your car out and up. The valets are so professional so they make any small wait you may have worth it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel very clean and safety was highly regarded.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super relaxing, it was great to get in and have everything you could possibly need, full kitchen washer dryer and more! Didn't have to worry about a thing. Got up in the morning and cooked our breakfast! In addition the room was clean and comfortable!
Excellent 9.2
!@!!@!@
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quality of the property is excellent. Very nice room, clean, spacious.
Cons: Inconsistency regarding Covid-related procedures in NV. Used the Valet 3 times. 1st time, at 5am, the valet had no mask on (its required here) and did not wipe off the areas touched. Other valet did it all. Another, just a portion.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Spacious rooms, friendly staff, very clean!
Cons: Would have liked more dining options, but understandable considering current situation. Not enough staff out front at check in time, but they were very helpful. Also, understandable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Big room with full kitchen. Loved the big picture windows.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location for this property is underrated. Great location! Easy access to the strip. Easy access to Miracle Mile Shops. Bummer the roof top bar was shut down due to the high winds.
Cons: Pretty awesome stay and location!!! Only critique would be the front when entering. The street leading up to the front of the property is a bit chaotic and could benefit from a traffic cop presence to help facilitate the madness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Suites were wonderful and location is great!
Cons: Don't like the 10:00 a.m. check-out...too early. It should at least be 11:00. Pool bar on 5th floor doesn't have beverage servers...just need to go to the bar to get a drink/food. No desks in hotel - but the table was fine.
Excellent 10.0
Great location, very close to the Vegas strip and the Miracle Mile mall is just across the street with a few good restaurants & shopping. Check in and check out were so easy and the staff was so personable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view. It was very spacious, nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need like a kitchen and a laundry machine. The bathroom and shower were also excellent. Roof top swimming pool was a bonus and also free valet parking. The service in all areas of the hotel was exceptional, and the fact that there were no poker machines as you entered was great. You also don't have to walk kids through the smoke filled casino to get to room because there isn't one. Everything was excellent. This hotel exceeded my expectations and is very highly recommendable to everyone.
Excellent 10.0
I usually stay at mid to high range hotels. I booked this hotel based on the apartment style rooms, location, price, and reliability of the Marriott name. My OLD favorite is the Elara by Hilton across the street. These hotels are very similar in room setups. Grand Chateau is my new favorite. It has many more amenities such as shuttles to Walmart, fashion show mall, premium outlets, and Freemont st. There are daily activities such as wine tastings, games, social events etc. There is free valet parking and WiFi. You don't have to walk thru a mall or casino to get to the hotel. However, Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile is literally a 2 min walk away. This hotel was clean, modern, non smoking and felt secure, checking your room key before you go in the room floors. Everyone was so friendly. It has a slightly older feel. 40 and up, but you do see a few younger people. Uber and Lyft are right outside the entrance of the smokers patio, which is shaded by beautiful palms. No having to walk a mile to call your uber. There are not many food options, but you are in Vegas you can eat anywhere. To top it off, I left my makeup bag and a blanket and they are shipping it across the country to me free of charge and with a tracking number. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. This is my favorite go to hotel in Vegas from now on!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room with washer and dryer in newly remodeled 1 bedroom. Staff was great plus got $25 worth of free stuff. I will be back next visit - better than a hotel Room
Excellent 9.1
Pros: I liked our room layout. Especially the view! Very romantic. Very spacious. Money well spent.
Cons: Couldn't find the I've machine.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Nice Hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Who needs the strip when you stay here? With a west facing room, we had the best view of the strip, and city center, without all the noise. We were only a block away from the strip, and our room offered so much more Then the traditional rooms on the strip. Having a room with the kitchen helped us save money by allowing us to bring our leftovers back to the room and heat them up. That was certainly an unexpected perk! Been able to wash my clothes before coming home save me the stress of having to do laundry as soon as I get home. It was a coffee shop and market downstairs along with the fitness room, there was nothing to miss about the strip at all. Loved staying here!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kitchen included. Beds are comfortable and location was away from the strip so easier to get rest at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Used the 2 BR. Nice having room to relax. Upscale. Pool areas nice. Close to strip.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch.
Cons: Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great location - across the street from miracle mile entrance. excellent staff - helpful and positive. Cozy pool - food drinks and music with lots of mid day sun. Comfortable rooms - very quiet at night with quality beds. Wi fi worked also worked well.
Cons: No room service, food availability is limited. Snacks were good enough for us though. Our room had a microwave which came in handy.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location easy access to the mall, casinos and strip. Staff was very pleasant. I love the whole vibe!! My Anniversary was amazing here!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms feel like you’re at home, staff is always exceptional, and you can tell they care about your experience. I always know I can count on the elara to deliver a smooth check in and check out so I can focus my time at vegas on fun stuff! Food on the property is amazing and the mall is gorgeous! Favorite hotel.
Cons: absolutely nothing. our stay was exceptional
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location perfect...attached he'd to mall and center strip
Cons: It's also a time share...the rooms are dated and of course you seem to get the left over ros from the time share holders. My first room was so ragged , a leg was broken off the couch picnicking of the wall, stains and smudges everywhere it was yuck. They did move me and it was better. The lo by looks great. The rooms meh Wasnt worth 1000 for 3 nights
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful and amazing. Stunning views and great amenities.
Cons: There were these random seeds in the bed whenwe arrived
Excellent 10.0
Amazing location, amazing staff and amazing rooms!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and environment was excellent and very convenient. The room itself very clean, orderly, and relaxing.
Cons: Perhaps the checkin process couldve been less complicated but that inconvenience was solved immediately.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: It was expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was excellent and the Room was awesome
Cons: Shower flow wasn¿t the greatest when the tab was pulled 50% of the water stayed at the faucet . The basin sink stopper wasn¿t working right . Everything else was excellent
Good 7.0
Pros: Connection to the mall area.
Cons: Having to pay for room service, an absolute unprofessional notion particularly as a Hilton Honors member.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the 1 bedroom suite, the modern design, the space and the location. Hotel employee at the front desk was very welcoming, super friendly and gave us a strip view on a higher floor. We were very impressed with the hospitality and can't wait to go b
Cons: No.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room
Cons: Check-in process was horrible.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: No
Poor 1.0
Cons: Extremely disgusted with this hotel. I am shocked to see that a 9/10 hotel had a room infested with cockroaches. While they did give us another room, I turned the guest claim form in a week ago and still have not heard back. Will be contacting lawyer.
Excellent 9.2
Location is great for shopping and activities. Room was clean and loved the kitchenette. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Great hotel, great price, definitely get the room with the projector the kids will love it went during Covid they had the room cleaned and everything was social distanced.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing customer service, very up to date and clean facilities. The projector in the living room was awesome!
Cons: Nothing. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the Elara.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very accommodating staff. Loved the text concierge service. The room was absolutely beautiful.
Cons: I have zero complaints about the hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, safe and luxurious.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: No housekeeping! The lady that checked me in could’ve had a better attitude. She didn’t smile nor greeted me she gave me a weird vibe. I wanted to change my room to a suite she insisted she couldn’t do anything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our suite was huge/spacious. Only drawback was t the shower. The shower curtain was too short, therefore water would leak onto the bathroom floor.
Cons: With a hotel that is vast in size, most stuff is quite a walk away, not so convenient. That being said, nothing can be done about that. As for the shower, longer curtains!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms are clean and spacious.
Excellent 9.5
very nice hotel good rooms &good loction
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location!!
Excellent 8.5
The room was absolutely beautiful and functional. The kitchen had all the amenities even though I all I really needed was a coffee maker. The concierge communicates with you via text messaging, which is convenient. Amazing views of the strip and airport from the higher floors. Top Golf is just down the road, as well as the main strip. We only had one issue with the bathroom sink which was leaking and it was fixed right away. The location on the strip cannot be beaten and not having a casino was a plus. The only criticism I have is I wish the bed/sheets/pillows were more comfortable, but that is a personal preference and would not dissuade me from returning next trip. The gym was under renovation, but they did have cardio room setup.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I have stayed here twice. I find this is a good location. It is close to everything (dinning, entrainement, shopping, etc.) not noisy.
Cons: Everything was good nothing to dislike. The staff are professional and discreet. I recommend it to all. The parking is free.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice hotel with great windows and good location. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: There wasn't a great front entrance. You normally had to pass through the mall to get anywhere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Found everything about the place to be first class. From the immaculate facilities to the professional and helpful staff to the amazing suite my high expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this location to those seeking a fun, luxurious stay sans smoke and gambling in the lobby.
Excellent 10.0
The location of the hotel is very good. Can see the strip from any rooms because of the direction of the building.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The bed and view were great
Cons: Overbooked couldn't stay longer
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information. The 24-hour bar was very useful, especially after landing after midnight, and it being too late for us to go out. The bartender was very friendly and hospitable. I liked the added security before getting to the elevators with the "guard" standing by to make sure everyone had working keys before entering the elevator area.
Cons: It was a little of a hassle to have to go to some rooms because they were on different towers. So, if they were on the 6th floor, but we were on the 50th floor, we had to go back down to the bottom floor to take another elevator to get to our friends' room. It was a little inconvenient. Also, when we asked housekeeping for clean towels, she reacted as if we were accusing her of stealing from our room. We were just asking if we could get new towels, because ours were laying on our beds, etc. Her reaction was odd since we weren't accusing her of anything.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the access to Miracle Mile. Very responsive staff and room service. We enjoyed the set up of the Jr Suite room, with fridge, access to bathroom from the hallway and not just sleeping room. Nice tub and large closets. Furniture was comfortable and the bed was exceptional.
Cons: A few details kept creeping up. The buttons on the phone didn't take you to the correct spot (pressing bell man went to IVR with no selection for bell stand). Miscommunication on the hotspot sign in (not on our room key folder and wasn't told at check in. Booking through one of their partners held a few surprises...no hilton points, wifi not free, "availability" of requested room. For example, I got a great email asking what kind of room preference (view, quiet, high floor, etc.) and a request for the timeframe I would arrive (late afternoon, evening etc.) Email was confirmed and they would do their best to accommodate. FYI I selected the view because my business partner and I would be spending two and half days developing our business plan in our room. When we entered the room, we were staring directly into the parking garage. Hey, guys don't ask if you can't deliver. Don't set expectations you can't fulfill. Whenever I book through third party, I seem to get treated as a sub-guest. But surprise - my experiences still contribute to my brand relationship overall. Usually with Hilton, the service and details are stunning.
Okay 5.1
Pros: At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter.
Cons: Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
Good 7.7
Pros: Really great staff !! Room was clean and super nice
Cons: No restaurants in the property. It's attached to the miracle mile shopping center....kinda tacky.
Good 6.0
Cons: The room was not clean. There were stains all over the sheets and the bathroom faucet handles were filthy. Not what I expect from a Hilton.
Good 7.0
Pros: I like that it was a smoke-free environment and that it felt somewhat away from the constant commotion of The Strip and casino floors, but was an easy walk to get there.

Okay 5.0
Pros: not much. overpriced, poor facilities, few bathroom extras (eg I had to buy toothpaste) and overcharhed me for items I did not have. check the bill before you check out!
Cons: expensive with tired facilities. better value options in LV. At these rates breakfast should be included
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean with a great location and a wonderful view
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean staff on point
Cons: everything was great
Excellent 10.0
Love this place, super clean and the staff very friendly
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location. Very courteous staff. Efficient check-in process. Nice room.
Cons: Nothing really
Good 6.3
Cons: Not able to accommodate all the guests. Main restaurant was closed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding hotel, a sanctuary away from the activity on the Strip and casinos. Great gym, delicious breakfast in the Veranda. Super friendly staff, concierge (Marama) was absolutely top-notch - we learned that Post Malone had cancelled after we arrived and she immediately jumped to it and found us great seats at the Criss Angel show. Can't recommend the Four Season in Vegas highly enough!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, calm lobby away from the chaos and impeccable service as always.
Cons: The extra $50 is taxes
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was great, staff wonderful & love that it's not part of the casino!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice and clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Didn't have 2 end tables by the bed or a refrigerator or a microwave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was excellent. Very attentive.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Love the room and amenities.
Cons: The lunch staff double charged my meal and I just happened to review the bill at check out and found the error. Possibly the lunch employee or audit should have caught it...not me. Some mold in the shower. Above ratings reflect this.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an amazing hotel with a great staff. I think this may be my favorite hotel we have stayed in.
Cons: Nothing. It was close to perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room & bed was very comfortable & well appointed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful art & the gym is great!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Excellent furnishings. Great staff. Beautiful hotel overall.
Cons: Location is too far down on the strip. Loud concerts outside late at night on some Fridays and Saturdays.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service is exceptional! The pool atmosphere is amazing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beds are amazing and we love that the hotel does not have a casino and truly feels like a resort. Rooms are really comfortable, feel luxurious and the staff super helpful. Gym and spa are top-notch and Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast.
Good 7.4
Pros: Overall, a very comfortable stay
Cons: Elevators require a key to operate - that function worked flawlessly only half the time. They charge you for $150 per night for "incidentals" at check-in, without notice, so make sure you're a one-percenter. Location sucks, too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful
Cons: The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable
Cons: The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet.
Cons: Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
Good 6.0
Pros: Good location, comfy beds. A bit of a nice departure from Casinos, and partitioned away from Mandalay, which it shares a building with.
Cons: It's kind of like everything else in Vegas...a cheaper facade of the real thing. Staff isn't engaged like at other Four Seasons, dirty common areas (room was immaculate), and things just aren't quite "on point" for a place of this caliber.

Excellent 10.0
A little less pricy, or more In room ammendtiese
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The bed cheap small very uncomfortable
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The price!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! The staff was super nice...all of them. The beds were really comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the strip but not on it, so the area is quiet. The kitchenette area of the room is great and there is a place you can buy snacks and drinks that are reasonably-priced for a hotel.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, but be aware that due to covid restrictions, there is no housekeeping for stays of less than 3 nights. This is in line with what most hotels are doing now. They will do their best to accommodate any requests you have though.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Been staying there for a few years, We go to Las Vegas every year for vacation, great little hotel is the hotel love it. GREAT!!
Cons: The only thing we didn't like this year is that there was construction on our floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay! Clean and spacious.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location was OK. Free parking.
Cons: Beds were small (we thought they would be queen-sized) and uncomfortable. There was no restaurant and the high security card-access system made us feel unsafe.

Great location, within walking distance to Planet Hollywood, just across the street, and by going through the Miracle Mills mall, you are in front of Bellagio already. The staff was very accommodating, welcoming and extremely helpful. They provided good advice regarding eating establishments and places of entertainment. The rooms exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all from bath and body works. This place is suitable for our needs. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would stay here again if I do go back to Vegas.
Excellent 10.0
Fabulous hotel in Vegas. It may not be the most luxurious but it is very good for its price. Good air conditioning and bigger room than we expected. Very attentive staff We recommend it. The location of the hotel is really good, you just have to leave and you are already in the heart of las vegas. Breakfast could have more option, but still awesome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Carriage House is easy to miss...no restaurant, no casino, surrounded by towers...but don’t pet size fool you. If you’re like us and want a quiet room, a comfy bed, and all within walking distance of the Strip- the Careiage House is perfect for you!
Cons: Honestly, nothing. It was exactly as advertised. I guess I can quibble and wish there was more than one ice machine in the building, but that’s really nitpicking. We were very satisfied.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Near the strip but much quieter. No casino, no smoking! Entrance is modest, which is fine - go to the strip for glitter.
Cons: Grocery stores not nearby, so plan in advance.
Good 6.2
Cons: overpriced for an average hotel off the strip. Also, hard for Uber drivers to find which made pick up wait time longer. Hotel is kinda hidden.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy walking to get places on the strip. Ample parking (with shade, even). Full kitchen meant I could prepare breakfast/lunch myself (healthy eating so I can eat the good stuff for dinner!) Wifi in the room worked well.
Cons: Fitness room was quite small (but I got lucky and found it available when I needed it)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great, 5 minute walk to the strip. The rooms are remodeled so they're modern and have fully equipped kitchens. There is no resort fee, and free parking right in front of the hotel.
Cons: Nothing, this place is the bee's knees.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I stayed in a studio suite with king size bed, full kitchen, lounging and dining area. The accommodation are very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no gaming area in the lobby. The hotel is right next to Planet Hollywood and MGM and next to Miracle Mile shopping with shops, restaurants and Starbucks.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything was great
Cons: first time staying on tower #1 floors 3 next to kitchen and Starbucks. berry noises in the morning @5 am no good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location is good, clean and staff were friendly…
Cons: washer dryer in house 😊
Excellent 10.0
Pros: this hotel was great very comfortable, and clean.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the suite room
Cons: the towers didn’t connect without going outside
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly stuff
Cons: Beds could be a little softer
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When we walked in the room it was extremely clean. It meet all our needs and every thing was perfect!
Cons: We could not get the air conditioning to stay on. When we can back to our room it was warm. But the ceiling fans were a great help. So we didn't bother tell the resort.
Excellent 10.0
My favorite place to stay when I need a get away
Good 7.9
Pros Great location, clean, and comfortable rooms. Easy and friendly check in/out, main strip is a short walk. Overall a good value Cons Shuttle inconsistent, cable/wifi out for a day, cafe poorly managed and tiki bar may or may not be open. Non of the cons are problematic if you have your own transportation or don't mind taxis.
Excellent 9.2
Place is good but needs a bigger bathroom.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Amenities for a family are great. Room had full kitchen, washer and dryer along with a jet tub in the master room. I really liked the vanity sink on the master, helped a family of four get ready at the same time. Room was comfy and designed well
Cons: I didn¿t like the check out time of 10am. If you only stay one day you can¿t check in until 4pm, and they want you out an hour earlier than most hotels
Excellent 8.4
The stay was very good. Had no problems. Wish the pool was deeper, but still enjoyed every moment! Staff was pretty nice and attentive.
Excellent 10.0
Great 8 days of comfort without resort fees.
Excellent 9.6
This is an amazing location and the staff are great I am actually still staying here at the resort still as I extended my stay another five days so when I recommend it highly recommend this place as it is everything then it says
Excellent 10.0
I stayed at Wyndham for the first time from 4/3 - 4/12. I was very satisfied and really enjoyed my suite, the pool area and fitness room. I’ll be back soon.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great services, response to guest needs
Cons: In room appliances were not functioning well
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This hotel is a great fit for a large family or group of friends, that want to be close to the strip but not on it.
Cons: Check in was later than excepted and room was not ready right away.
Excellent 8.8
Very nice resort, recently updated not to far from the strip!
Excellent 10.0
Absolutely 💯 love this place
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Good 7.0
Pros: Large clean space with full kitchen and w/d.
Cons: The weird tub and sink set up off the bedroom. Better to have a full bath with a toilet. Decor was a bit dated.
Excellent 9.2
location is good. The best thing is that room is huge and there is a kitchen so that we could cook.
Excellent 8.4
Great value for the money. Constant calls in the early mornings to check out a time share was my only real problem, however unplugging the phone line before bed put an end to this issue...otherwise it was awesome.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location! Right next to Top Golf and walking distance to the strip! Loved the washer and dryer...went home with clean clothes yaay
Cons: No shuttle to the airport only to Harrah's which I guess is better than no shuttle at all just a little disappointing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Well appointed room. No parking fees and more dirt fees.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location from the airport and how close it was to the strip. Also how clean it was and the friendedless of the staff. I just wish they had a restaurant in the hotel.
Cons: yes having to have a mask when on the pool deck where I don't think it made a difference when in the pool didn't wear a mask. You had enough distance from everyone on the pool deck. This was the only place I knew where you had to wear a mask on pool deck
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The thing I like the best about the rooms they looks up to date it looks nice clean inviting it made me feel like I was at home
Cons: I don’t like the 10 am checkout time it made me feel like I didn’t get my full stay when you go to Vegas no one really gets up early I wish the checkout time was at 11 or 12.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Best place for groups and the amenities are amazing. Second time staying here and It won’t be the last!
Cons: Pricing for doing a later check out. WAYYY too steep
Good 7.4
Pros: It’s close to the strip.
Cons: Fridge took forever to get cold and ac in the room was working poorly.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Very spacious, nice kitchen, large bathrooms, clean, staff very friendly, good value, no hidden resort fees
Cons: Not much natural light, a bit of a walk to the strip, a bit forceful about attending their timeshare talk
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: Check out time was too early
Good 7.1
Pros: The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons: The staff was very pushy and intrusive. I didn't realize this was a timeshare property and didn't appreciate them trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. We got tricked into a meeting with them and what was supposed to be a brief meeting turned into a waste of 2.5 hours of our time! I had to explain over and over again why I was not interested in a timeshare. I didn't appreciate the aggressive way they tried to get me to agree and then the intimidation act when it finally became clear that I wasn't going to buy in.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The location to the strip, the pool, the free parking.
Cons: All of the staff we interacted with were snotty, rude and lacked customer service. With the exception of the bell boy (at 2 AM when we checked in) & the pool towel staff. They were super friendly and helpful. They need to be promoted. The rest of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. And the timeshare staff/sales people are arrogant and rude. We did not do their presentation, but we stayed in the tower where their offices were, so we had to go in and out through the waiting area for the attendees. The salesmen couldn't even say excuse me or get out of the way when we would pass through the lobby. Tacky, sleezy salesmen. Yuck! We will NOT stay here again. Not worth the price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room size, location to the strip with shuttle access to harrahs. If you bear the timeshare pitch (the pitch was to hear a pitch about timeshares) which wasn't really all that bad, this is the place for you.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Loved the large room that came with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the proximity to the Strip without having to be ON the Strip.
Cons: The sink and refrigerator were dirty/stinky. It seemed also like all of the drains in the bathrooms had a hard time draining.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Felt like a tired timeshare, a little unkempt, empty and no daily housekeeping. I'd rather pay a little more and stay in a more modern and conventional hotel. Lesson learned.
Good 6.8
Pros: Kitchenette amenities, bed was comfortable ,shuttle service was convenient. Most staff were nice.
Cons: Pressure of getting time share. Front desk guy was rude when I Said that we're not interested in time share. No other room house keeping service after first day .For the price, I could have stayed at a more upscale hotel.
Good 6.8
Pros: Very clean. Great to have laundry in room. Nice pool area and fitness center. Kids and families have their own pool. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Walk to strip was unpleasant with seedy characters - even in the daytime. Shuttle does not stop along the way so we wound up walking to Aria, Bellagio, etc. Bed was uncomfortable. No soundproofing with shared door to adjacent room, could hear everything. No balconies. In the spring and fall, the pool is in shade much of the day because of the towers. Deli was mediocre. Cannot walk between the towers without going outside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was very nice and staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean well appointed. Loved the adult only pool, Ricky at the adult pool bar was awesome. Gus is a great host! Would Definitely stay again.
Cons: Being asked to do the tour. If I was in the market for a timeshare I would take the steps myself. We were there for vacation and a two hour tour was not part of the plan, maybe shorten it?
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Property was very clean, always smelled fresh. Rooms were spacious, lots of attention to details.
Cons: Registration/check-in had too many lines.
Good 6.2
Pros: Easy to get to and from the strip without getting too stuck on LV BLVD
Cons: Time share, so if you are into the meeting great otherwise add $20 to the bill to not waste half a day.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: What I. Liked about the hotel is that it had a full kitchen oven utensils in the suite that no one else offered without having to rent a weekly in which I found was great
Cons: Give me directions to enter the building that was so far away from the room the first room felt dirty the couch had a smell that was gross the room had an older that would not go away the second room smell like somebody had burnt something up in it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Visit the property again!!💯✔A+
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great!!
Cons: Love the location not to mention the staff The The whole experience was so warming
Good 7.0
Pros: Fast check in and quiet property. Very clean and well equipped room. Our room had a maintenance issue, there was no hesitation at check out with being accommodated. Very professional and nice.☺️
Cons: The usual breakfast buffet wasn't offered. A grab and go sack breakfast was offered. Consist of a small granola bar, pre-packaged muffin, orange, small box orange juice. One of the best things and main reasons we love staying with this company is the breakfast buffet.😩
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: No airport shuttle
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything.
Cons: It was home away from home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was located just across the freeway from the Strip. About 5 minutes from a very nice mall for shopping and dinner options. It was a very quiet location. The rooms were large and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff was GREAT.
Cons: Not located in a neighborhood that was very walkable.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable beds. No resort fees. Plenty of hot water.
Cons: Location is hard to get into. No immediate good resturants or activities. The push by staff to sit through a time share speech to get free stuff.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: family friendly
Cons: a person called for timeshare offer
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff
Cons: the elevators
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I like that they have a washer and dryer in the room
Cons: No breakfast and AC is making noise all night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Size of rooms
Cons: One main entrance to rooms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The standard room which has a separate living room, small kitchen with lot of untensils, small bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub. Not quite large but perfect size for two persons. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, nice balocny outside the pool. Nice staff.
Cons: Nothing major. Mirror in bathroom may need to be more detail. The coffee table probably needs a deep cleaning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved all of the space, the large bathrooms and especially the super comfy beds and pillows.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Having a kitchen when traveling with family is essential and we had what e we needed here. The shuttle to and from the strip was an added bonus. Our children enjoyed the pool. There¿s a convenience store and places to eat right next door. Close to airp
Cons: Would¿ve liked to see that staff regularly visited the pool area to replenish towels/checked to see if guests were following rules. A lot of children running around. Parent responsibility, but staff popping in might¿ve curbed such behavior.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Hotel has a shopping center attached, which helped with not having a vehicle.
Cons: Outdated shower/shower head, water temperature never reached a comfortable warmth for shower or washing hands. Walls seemed very thin as you could hear EVERYTHING.
Good 6.0
Pros: Full size frig, free parking, nice staff.
Cons: AC did not work, dangerous level of chlorine in pool, no natural light on living space, pressure to sign up for timeshare presentation
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: Location. Not exactly a quick walk to the strip. If it were 2 blocks closer , it would be great. But that’s wishful thinking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: That's it's like being in an apartment
Cons: That the dryer was broken and they didnt fix it. I fixed it after having 3 maintenance workers look at it.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: No shuttle from/to airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Having access to spacious living room, dining area, bathrooms, all all amenities that make us renting a home. Staff were friendly and professional. We were greeted by everyone who worked there with smiles. This hotel did not have casino like other hotels in the Strip.
Cons: They don’t offer daily cleaning services uncles you pay for fees.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great the place is clean and a great set up!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Big sized rooms perfect for a family of 4.
Cons: No housekeeping throughout the 5 days we were her so more of a serviced apartment than a hotel room. New towels and linen would have been nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful accomodations was extremely pleased. Suite was very clean and the view from the balcony amazing. Will definitely stay again. View of the strip and lazy river and the airport I didn't want to leave my room 😁
Cons: There is a $300 liability fee held for incidents I didn't find this out until check in. No problem just wish I had known in advance.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: No casino. Great central location. Fantastic staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet and cosy premium hotel with amazing bathroom. You should prefer Panorama Strip View One Bedroom Suite 1 King.
Cons: The staff should be kinder and more helpful. Housekeeper or somebody left my door open, it was frightening.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: If anyone can find additional synonyms for trash, horrible, horrendous, disgusting, incompetent, rude, and inconsiderate then please comment below. This is the worst experienced that I have ever experiences while traveling and I have been to 36 countries. Customer service is a joke to the staff at this hotel, they treat their guests like they treat their toilet. If only I could go negative stars. This hotel should be shut down! Please save your money and stay elsewhere because this hotel is falling apart and lost touch with the Las Vegas experience. Below are only a few items... The rooms are falsely advertised than the website The "renovated" rooms are in worse condition than the "older" model The staff will be sarcastic and rude to you saying there is "nothing they can do" They will say they can only offer you $50 for the inconvenience They will say "they have to charge a resort fee"
Okay 5.0
Pros: no casino
Cons: The hotel was supposed to be renovated but my suite was in poor condition with a lot of wear and damage. Room service was hopeless.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: really liked the location. The pool wasn't what i expected.
Cons: the rooms need to be updated and freshened up.
Good 7.0
Pros: Valet crew was great. Fast access to strip. Nice refuge from regular Vegas scene.
Cons: Not a 5 star experience. Rooms were a worn out. Needed an update 5+ years ago. Too many examples to list. No place for a cocktail while waiting for room that actually served drinks. Might consider returning when the place gets a full refresh.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location, nice and quiet on the edge of the strip. very easy access to everything. great staff
Cons: rooms desperately need upgraded for charging of usb devices, I literally couldn’t find any access to usb charging or any power source on nightstands to charge my phone overnight.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, cleanliness, and service.
Cons: Daily valet parking free was $35
Excellent 10.0

Pros: Staff was great! Location was prefect!
Cons: The tv didn¿t work in the bathroom. Shower drain was slow; feet ended up in an inch or 2 of water during the whole shower¿ gross. Sheets smelled moldy¿. Disgusting.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our new favorite place to stay in Las Vegas!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, courteous, and upgraded me on my 1st visit to show me what their suites are like. Definitely returning
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
great service, great location, great staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, personal service, cleanliness and car service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: As professionals traveling for leisure we found the location to be perfect: close enough to walk to the crazy but tucked away away from the crazy. Will absolutely stay here again if we're back in Vegas.
Cons: No coffee in the hotel room. Our jobs are Eastern time zone and only one coffee place opened at 5:30am PT (8:30am EST) and at that time is very dark and many people out still partying and exceptionally drunk at that time, so safety was an issue.
Good 6.0
Pros: location and friendly staff
Cons: The room appointment left a lot to be desired. The bed had a slope to it, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable, room came with two tiny bath towels for two people, the furniture looked beaten up, etc. Service was also slow - hours to receive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The atmosphere. Location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was outstanding!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hot bath
Cons: Amenities
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location and the Skybar
Cons: The room could use some updating
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotels rooms are old. Mattresses are hard and didn't fit bed frame, stains on carpet, chairs in room were old and appeared to be really old. It WAS NOT a 5 star hotel.
Good 6.8
Pros: Staff is super professional and the most friendly people in Vegas. From valet to check in. I was completely surprised and pleased with the care each person gave. The bathroom was amazing, and the tub is wonderful.
Cons: There are some features of the room that failed miserably. For example, the push button light system is connected to a backend over wifi. Meaning, if you push a button to turn off the lights, a signal is sent to a backend which actually performs the function. If the wifi is slow, it will take time for the action to complete. We also had some major problems with the tv remote. Also the TV volume would go up and down by itself, and it would turn on all by it self. We had to have engineering come in and take a look. It turned out to be a remote problem, but we had to have this taken care of at 11:00 at night.
Excellent 9.6
As usual, Waldorf has never disappoint me. Just that Waldorf Astoria Vegas is alot more simple in design than the rest of the Waldorf that I've stayed. Nevertheless, it is still prefect. Room is big, toilet is even bigger - love the bathtub :) Staff is always helpful & friendly.

Fabulous Stay
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The accommodations were amazing
Cons: Food and service in the Zen Cafe could have been much better.
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Zen Kitchen was so high priced it made me feel dirty. I expected everything to cost more because of the touristy nature of the area but Zen Kitchen was the one place that was extremely high priced.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Quiet. Very pleasant, welcoming staff. Overall an excellent property.
Cons: Some wonky light switches, an old covered up phone plate in the bathroom that looked like a third-rate cover up, and a phone that did not work...would not hold a charge. These are deficiencies a 5 star cannot allow.
Good 7.1
Pros: Huge decline in overall value
Cons: Since Hilton Hotels took over the Mandarin Oriental just about every corner that can be cut has been cut. No more water by bedside no more bathroom amenities. They have greatly cheap in the hotel and believe it should not be ranked much more than a three or four star experience at this point
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is beautifully decorated with an amazing ambiance. Love seeing the Manager being so hands on with the hotel. The staffs were super helpful and friendly when we arrived. I can see that the staff have undergone a lot of training and they were very spontaneous, quick and helpful with all matters of stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Very good staff attitude they have. Beautiful room with all the right amenities. Bathroom was super nice. If staying here you must make use of the champagne vending machine and have a cocktail in the lounge with a fantastic view of the strip. The facilities were also really good, especially the spa and fitness centre. The pool is a bit small, but totally fine for my kind of swimming. Everything about this place for me was wonderful.
Excellent 10.0
It was like stepping into the most luxurious room, I've ever seen. Everything was remote controlled or had additional controls on the walls, which I've never seen at any hotel room before (granted this was Vegas, and I'm pretty sure most hotels are updating nowadays, but my friend and I were completely blown away and ended up spending 10 minutes just opening and closing the blinds). The beds were both so soft, yet also firm enough that I didn't wake up with a sore back. The pillows and blankets definitely were more than enough to keep us warm during the night, considering we didn't figure out where and how to use the air conditioning system. All in all, this is a great hotel to stay at, even in what you could consider their most standard room. It is a little on the pricier end, but if you put together the fact that you're definitely getting what you pay for, and the fact that you don't have to walk through a smoky casino every time you go in / out, I would definitely say to splurge and go for a room here.
Excellent 10.0
Everything was wonderful, except that our room wasn't ready. We got there really early. No room. Not a problem. We went to work out and then had lunch. Room was ready then. Michael, a valet, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, hospitable, engaging (to everyone), and gave us so many tips. From where to drive our (rented Aston Martin) to where to park when we went to Sinatra's. He made the trip for us. We thoroughly enjoyed him. The room was a north facing strip view room. It was big and spacious. One hidden feature was that part of the wall moved to close off the bathroom even more (since a few people have mentioned the glass walls and NO privacy in the bathroom). The bathtub was decent sized with a faucet and a handheld sprayer even bath salt. I was pretty happy about that. Lots of counter space. There was a hair dryer, a straightener, and a jewelry box for ladies. Nice touch. The curtains and lights were a bit tricky to use. We still didn't have them quite figured out after a week. They are both electronic, and the blackout out curtains were blackout. The closet area is huge with lots of hanging space, pullout drawers, a safe, and even a valet closet. That was a first for us. Very nice. Getting into the hotel is a bit confusing. You have to go up to the 23rd floor to check and then take a different elevator to get to your room. Keeps the rift raft out The place is quiet. No casino, so no smoke! We at at Mozen a few times. We had the breakfast buffet, right before it closed. Still had several options-hot and cold. The staff here was fairly decent. We also had sushi once there and once delivered. Both good. We stopped at the bar on the 23rd floor for martinis. Beautiful view of The Strip. Facing north and south. The spa was unbelievable. Unbelievable. We did the happiness couples massage followed by the foot spa. I do not normally sleep during massages. I was out like a light for both of these.
Excellent 10.0
Quiet, understated elegance. A perfect place to stay.
Excellent 10.0
This property is amazing! The lobby on the 23rd floor has a stunning view, complete with a bar that has floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful tea room. We were greeted by Pepper the robot who is adorable and can answer many of your questions. The room was comparable to one at Wynn or Aria, very beautiful and every amenity you could need or want. It has a great gym and spa and Mozen was delicious for breakfast - definitely go for the buffet, you will not be disappointed. I can't wait to come back!
Good 7.9
for the money you spend, there's plenty of other options in Vegas with much higher benefits to what you will get here for your dollar. not 'wowed'. let's say the camera has worked it's magic in the photos.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The suite was spacious with a great size kitchen.
Cons: The parking situation was ridiculous. Valet was full so you must self park across the street. The hotel shuttle was a black suv with no logo to be identified. So most people didn¿t know the shuttle was available. The hotel clearly needs more parking.

Pros: Tower 1 was close to the Ridesharepick up spot. nice and clean
Cons: The hotel tower 1 seemed to have only one elevator that worked, made it difficult to get on and off if on the 36 floor
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The only thing that was bothersome was the room temperature. I put the thermostat the lowest it could go and it still wasn't cool enough for me. Almost went to buy a small fan. But I just really like cold room temps. My room key also didnt work twice.
Poor 1.0

Cons: The amenities of things to do and location.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was great, pool was very nice and well maintained, and the staff was always kind and gracious.
Cons: When I checked in, I noticed the table next to the pull out couch was pretty dusty, particularly bottom shelves. And they didn't clean my room everyday which was ok but I always had to ask for more toiletries if they didn't which was tedious.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The resort fee of 132.00 was a bit much. we could not use the pool it closed at 6:00 on the second night they ran out of valet parking and we had to go to self parking and take a shuttle back to the hotel. The food was real expensive, I did this backward
Cons: A fight broke out in the room next to us and we had to call the desk, the cops were called we were up till about 3:00 am because of the noise they were making. The wife was cheating on the husband and he threw all of her things out of the room, broken gla
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooms are big enough to accommodate a family of 4 - 2 adults + 2 kids. The hotel overall is clean, and is close to the strip, with a walking bridge to MGM Grand.
Cons: There were several service issues in the room. It seems that the room was not ready to be checked out. The hotel might be short-staffed but no reason for any staff member to show a poor attitude to work.
Good 6.0
Pros: The blow up couch in the room and fridge
Cons: TV remote did not work very well. And my card was charged 2 times for resort fee and security deposit
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Guest parking is poorly managed by young security guards that demanded a paper from front desk to park at 2 AM. They were smoking weed and laughing and unprofessional. The head of security had to come to the parking gate and let us in

Cons: The keys dont work half the time . And the staff dont fix the problem.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Really nice hotel and great location
Cons: We had a problem with one of our showers were only hot water was coming out and my sister burned her self taking a shower. We told the lady downstairs about it and all she said was ok ill have them check it out. Not even an apology was given.
Mediocre 2.0

Poor 1.0
Cons: No designated parking onsite, no easy walking path from hotel to strip depending on which tower you were hosted in.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view was my favorite

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was spacious.
Cons: The room was dated - towels were rough and old - room was very dusty - bathroom fixtures were not on right - some where not working.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The Valet when it was open
Cons: Yes, the location do not have a parking lot, when valet closes you have to park at MGM Grand, suppose to be a shutttle never saw one, me and my husband had to walk to the hotel, I have a back injury for a couple months and my husband still recovering leg
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: It was connected to the MGM Grand.
Cons: The parking situation. There was only Valet and it filled up by 12 most days.
Good 6.0
Pros: My room was very clean

Excellent 10.0
This was a pretty nice and clean hotel. Front desk was pleasant. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very big as well. Definitely would recommend staying here versus the actual mgm grand if you’re looking for a less crowded hotel. Check in was very quick and you can easily walk through to the mgm casino and restaurants if you want. The only issue I had was the valet was at capacity early so I had to park at the mgm grand parking and I had no idea where the shuttle was located. Another couple and myself had to walk with our luggage from the mgm grand parking structure to the lobby of the signature in 110 degree weather, but we made it lol. Only complaint. Found the shuttle later.
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean and big room
Cons: Little far from strip and also the valet parking was not available for each day during the day.
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff and very family friendly.
Cons: Room cleanliness
Poor 1.0
Pros: They have dirty pin house suite the staff are are rude and very disrespectful they have no costumes services skills the all need to be fired
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Valet took way too long. An employee explained they were understaffed and at full capacity. This makes no logical sense. The floor smelled of marijuana and no one to assist in tower 3. Tedious walk to tower 2 just to get assistance from a staff member.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The fact that getting in and out of the hotel was almost impossible. We had to wait 45 minutes for our car because you can¿t self park. To go to the main hotel you have to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes. We almost missed our reservations at Mastro beca
Poor 1.0
Pros: The room was great
Cons: I did not like the confusion we tried going into the pool we kept getting redirected to a diferent section we walkee so much just to get yo the correct pool very confusion
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was a good size for our family with 2 bathrooms.
Cons: We paid over $300 for resort fees which pay for the amenities. However, the amenities didn¿t exist. We could not go to the MGM pool due to COVID, They only had 1 out of 3 pools open for kids at the signature. The front desk was empty most of the day.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room set up
Cons: Parking, we had to park 15 mins away walk all our stuff through the hotel. Than the next day they wouldn¿t take my car for valet. Very inconvenient and ridiculous. Won¿t be staying again and definitely won¿t recommend it

Cons: Staff was rude
Okay 4.0
Pros: People fighting in the hotel, smoking marihana, yelling at each other, throwing stuff
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel was not fully cleaned as stayed as their Covid policy and sticker on the door. Made a complaint still no call back. Have pictures to show kitchen, coffee pot had mold growing never cleaned.Covid19 should be their priority on cleanliness!
Good 6.0
After we checked in, we found that the bottled water in the room had been drunk, and there was food from the previous guest in the refrigerator, which was very disgusting. The coffee machine still has coffee. The irony is that the outside of the coffee machine is labeled "cleaned." I couldn't park by myself, need to be parked by valet. I waited for the car for a long time in the morning. If you want to park by yourself, you must park in the parking lot of the hotel next door.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing Would not recommend to anyone
Cons: No amenities No Service Hair in Tub and shower --sheets were dirty Took forever to get luggage and to get car --check in and checked out same day Did not stay overnight in the hotel

Excellent 8.2
Pros: great view
Cons: couch wasn't very comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Massive rooms, great view.
Cons: Unnecessary resort fees.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The room size is the only good thing about this place.
Cons: This place is awful! My room smelled and was filthy. I had to have housekeeping come and clean the floors because they were covered in hair. There was even hair in the shower. I asked to be moved, but they wouldn't do it. This is a one star hotel.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing the room smelled the location is so far away and only walkable from everything
Cons: The room smelled - 4.5 stars hotel only provides no slippers and Robeson Request only. Dirty carpets had to request for housekeeping. No place to get food or drinks, water in building after 7pm. MGM Casio i is a long walk Away. HORRIBLE!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I really enjoyed staying at the signature! I was offered an upgrade to the 30th floor and my view from the balcony was amazing!
Cons: If You are looking for a place that has casinos, you will have to walk a ways. There are 3 towers and I was in the 3rd tower. There was a small cafe in the 2nd tower and a lounge in the 1st tower. If you plan on visiting the casino take your own cash because the ATM machines cost 8 bucks!
Excellent 9.7
Pros: nice stay, thanks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful rooms, quiet location. Not crowded.
Cons: Somewhat far from strip (15 min walk)
Okay 4.5
Cons: I chose the Signature because it had a charging station for the Tesla. I called to confirm they had it by phone. When we arrived I asked them to charge car for trip to La in the morning. They assured us they would. The next morning they bring up the car with 11 miles of charge. So we were delayed by about 2 hours and we had planned the trip to be in LA for a family event coming back early especially. I said "it's not been charged" Mario (actual name) says - "it wasn't me" I said but we have plans. "Nothing I can do" and walks away. I ask for his manager. He comes - frankly I forget his name - but he's the one actually responsible for setting the tone - and says - sorry - but nothing I can do." But our plans are ruined say I. We don't have a contract that we have to charge your car. Says he. "There was an implicit and verbal contract in your valets agreement to charge the car as well as the advertising of the availability of the supercharger and subsequently the valet saying he would charge the car." The utter disregard for any responsibility or care for a family of 5 traveling thru Nevada is unacceptable.
Okay 4.5
Pros: early check in was promised, then not delivered. Staff also promised to deliver items to our room that never materialized. Lastly, room was not stocked with basic utensils and glasses
Cons: early check in was promised, then not delivered. Staff also promised to deliver items to our room that never materialized. Lastly, room was not stocked with basic utensils and glasses
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was great!!!!! Facilities were very clean and well maintained! Room was spacious and nice. Location is perfect after a long day/night on the strip, it's actually quiet and restful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I travel to Vegas for business and at the end of the day I want to get away from the casinos and noise and relax in a nice big room. The MGM Signature is a relatively new building with nicely appointed, huge rooms, the lobby is quiet, and the pools are quiet. You can easily walk to the MGM if you want to find the crowds. A great spot!
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Manager was very sweet!
Cons: Guest were freely doing drugs in the lobby. Dangerous place to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a junior suite with balcony. We enjoyed the balcony, the location and the kitchenette. Great place for a family. You can enter without having to walk through a casino. Clean, spacious room.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: The pillows, are to soft
Good 6.0
Pros: Access to the MGM was the saving grace. Nice pools, clean rooms. James, the concierge manager, was the only decent employee we encountered.
Cons: Poor attention from concierge, bell desk, and housekeeping. After our first day, getting anything done was a fight. Maid service stopped coming or only made the bed, and left dirty towels, the bell desk wouldn't call a cab, concierge's answer was "I don't do that." They pushed for Express check-out, where they email you a receipt--don't do it. After 3 days I had to call and sit on hold for over 30min to have a receipt emailed. We spent 3xs what we paid for our stay in food, beverage, etc and I feel we could get better treatment at Hooters. We will never stay here again.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Nice and well equiped rooms.
Cons: The entrance is through MGM hotel and it is a long walk. There are no facilities (no gym,no restaurants, swiming pool is closed...). The resort fee was not mentioned in the booking and is not justified.
Good 7.4
Pros: Suite was Beautiful.
Cons: Pretty close to airport. Heard lots of jet noise. My room was next to elevator shaft and noisy at times. Someone at the end of the hall mentioned they heard elevator noise a lot too. Even though the suite was beautiful, I wouldn't repeat.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Check out time. Not the room with view to the strip they told me I had.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, Style and food

Excellent 10.0
Aria is the best place to be because it’s right in the middle of everything and they have an amazing pool, mall and restaurants. Our room was nice and concierge were so accommodating
Good 7.0

Cons: Security bothering people for entrance door elevator and for mask too I was drink coffee someone was keep telling me wear mask I don¿t like it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and hospitable.
Cons: The room refrigerator was filled with beverages. If you remove any of them you have to pay. I wasn¿t able to put beverages that I purchased at the local CVS. Next visit I will look for a place that allows me to put my own beverages in the refrigerator.
Good 6.0
Pros: The luxury room
Cons: The room was too far from the entrance
Okay 5.0
Pros: Clean room, great Casino, staff was helpful
Cons: Unable to find out checkout time. Could not get into app for on-line check out. When I attempted to register it said I already had an account but did not recognize my email. When I called was put on very long hold so I gave up trying, thus the rating of 5
Okay 5.0
Pros: The restaurants that were near. The black out shades were great. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect.
Cons: The shower in the room had mold/dirt build up in areas. They charged to store anything in the refrigerator. No type of speaker system to play your own music. Check in wasn¿t available on time.
Excellent 10.0
Always enjoyed my stay love it there
Good 6.0
Pros: It was close to the strip
Cons: It was not what I expected it was a small room with no fridge or microwave , it had a shower that sprayed every wear
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The ARIA improperly charged me for moving items in the refrigerated station so I could keep items I purchased for my son cool. It is improper to charge unreasonable prices for touching ¿specific sensored¿ items that guests did not use,
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Was not aware of the $150 hold per night! Basic room for --- never again! No pool, no refrigerator no vending machines not worth the price on bit!
Good 7.0
Cons: $75 for a glass of scotch at Alibi. Too much.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Head board was torn and the did nothing for us. We are wondering why? The room was designed nice and clean , however a torn headboard irritated us all 4 days.
Cons: Discount on next stay
Good 6.0
Pros: Locations Amenities
Cons: Mini bar in room was NOT available Room view was below expectations on the 3rd floor
Excellent 8.0
Excellent location! However, it’s difficult to wait for taxi to go airport.
Excellent 10.0
Love this hotel
Poor 1.0
Pros: The bath tub was nice
Cons: There was absolutely no Wifi the whole time we were there. I have a newer iPhone and there shouldn¿t have been a problem. Very annoying and stressful. The room was also very dusty and ac wasn¿t cool. Sticking to the Venetian.
Excellent 10.0
Doesn't cost a dime or charge a quarter when a hospitality worker smiles, welcomes and thanks. But for that weary traveler, it pays back in spades and straights.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This was not a five star hotel
Cons: This hotel doesn¿t have a fridge, has hidden fees and is overall not the best.
Mediocre 3.9
It was way over priced for the parking.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: no coffee maker in the room, long lines at their only Starbucks, long lines at their their only coffee shop. I would never stay at this hotel again. going back to Caesars casinos and hotel¿
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Our room was dirty, un-dusted, and the AC did not keep up. We had to have a repairman come in just before midnight - it was too hot to sleep. For being a new hotel, the bathroom was very dingy and dirty. There was black mold in the tub and shower.
Excellent 10.0
This was the BEST hotel in Vegas. Me and my wife would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There was black mold growing in the shower and the room was disgusting. The glasses were used and dirty and the blankets had stains and had not been cleaned. The AC did not work properly so it was always hot. We were there with 3 other couples and they all had the same experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location and restaurants.
Cons: Our first room just reeked of drugs. It was a non smoking room and the smell of marijuana was terrible. Then it was over an hour before the hotel got us in another room. Then when my friends came to check in they tried to put them in the same room.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Excellent location, on center strip south. Helpful staff.
Cons: Room had not been looked after, and had numerous minor technical problems. Floor tile in room was stained in multiple places. Room air conditioning not strong enough to overcome extreme outdoor heat. Surly fitness center attendant.
Mediocre 2.0
Worst service of front desk staff, slow response and worst condition of room. No room amenities unless requested. For a 5 star hotel this is unbelievable. Room gets morning sun so it is very glaring in the morning even with the drapes closed.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location.
Cons: The resort is very big and because of that it was very confusing at times. I also didn¿t like not knowing about the $150 per night hold to be placed on my credit card at check in.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: I booked the Aria Resort and Casino for 4 nights. By booking a 5 Star Resort and Casino, I expected to have a 5 star experience. That was not the case at all. I was charged twice for the resort fee (Watch out for this).
Okay 5.0
Pros: the staff was very polite.
Cons: They did not clean the room very well, and did not change any bedding throughout my stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: The modern look and feel. The technology (automatic blinds). The location. The vibe of the resort.
Cons: I've stayed at the Aria resort before and it seems like perhaps COVID has had a negative impact on quality. Both sinks were clogged and I had to have maintenance come in to unclog them as I didn't appreciate washing my hands and brushing my teeth over a pool of water. I've been to La Quinta's with better sinks than this. Some of the light bulbs were dead too. The HVAC system leaked over night and unfortunately we placed our luggage nearby and it was soaked.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The location on the strip was probably the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Things I didn¿t like about this hotel- the shower flooded my entire room and smelled like sewage. They moved us to a new room which the TV didn¿t work, the in room safe didn¿t work as well as the electric blinds didn¿t work.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing rooms were ok but casino itself was always dirty dealers and management always rude and nasty no personality will never visit this hotel again
Cons: Everything terrible hotel and casino
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Top notch facilities, service, and prime location.
Cons: No complaints. Great all around experience!
Excellent 8.4
The hotel was in great location, room was very techie but parts doesn't work properly. Overall staff are pleasant but its hard to get in touch. The disappointed part is our bathroom was persistent strong smell of cigarettes. Housekeeping put an ozone machine but still the same.
Excellent 8.8
So far the only hotel that smells and feels brand new!
Good 7.0
Pros: The pool
Cons: Not being to turn on a light without using the computer screen. It had to be reset twice during our 2 night stay by housekeeping. Very frustrating . Also in room refrigerator wouldn¿t close and never came to fix it. We had a cooler but still irritating
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: I liked the employees. They were nice.
Cons: My room was dirty. There were food smears on all the tables. I¿ve been to the Aria, They overcharged me $600 for food services, which took an hour to fix. My last hour. I almost missed my flight.
Good 6.0
Pros: High tech beautiful comfortable room.
Cons: Overcrowded with limited availability of services. No coffee in room, but no chance of getting a cup in the hotel without waiting in a very long line like Disneyland. Couldn’t eat at any restaurant without a reservation well in advance or hours long wait. Long waitlist for pool. Overbooked given limited services due to COVID.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The parking for self park and handicap parking is too far from front desk
Cons: The parking structure elevator area stayed dirty the entire stay
Good 7.0
Pros: The food was good
Cons: The rooms were not clean. I had to moved twice.
Good 6.0
Pros: The Room
Excellent 9.6
Doesn't get much better than this.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The room was beautiful.
Cons: I couldn¿t check in until after 5. I missed my mother¿s very formal birthday party. No one felt bad, no one apologized, and my mother didn¿t get any refund. When it was time to checkout and we needed a few hours they quickly charged my mother¿
Okay 5.0
Pros: Mobile check in and digital room keys.
Cons: First room we were assigned the door wouldn't lock. We switched rooms only to have the drapes broken. They wouldn't open. After waiting 2 hours the technician never showed up. Also, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls.
Excellent 8.8

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Food was very good, concierge was helpful
Cons: Staff in sportsbook and lounge bartenders
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Need to clean!! To dasty!!!!!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location on Las Vegas Blvd
Cons: The service was atrocious. Check in was an issue. Things went missing from my room. the girl at check out was rude. When I thanked her for her assistance, her response was “mm hmm” not what one would expect for hotel hospitality
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Staff was extremely inconsistent in enforcing COVID guidelines. Service was poor. It is extremely difficult to get drinks. Aira is a great hotel, but I wouldn't recommend going until COVID is over.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beautiful room
Cons: Smelled like weed on the floor. Terrible customer service.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Whirlpool
Cons: wanted to charge $40 extra for mini fridge. long line to check in. Told agent we were honeymooners; she offered an upgrade for $500 more. White stains on box spring. Weed smell in hall. Focuses too much on tech and not enough on customer service
Excellent 9.4
Pros: For me , it was my first visit and stay in this Hotel with my wife , it’s really wonderful hotel , everything was perfect since we checked in till checkout .
Cons: i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Thank you again Stay all safe . 100% I recommend this hotel to others .
Okay 5.4
Pros: Very good Precautions For covid19
Cons: Prevent hidden charges.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I am a admin traveler, and I have stayed at many hotels on my adventures. This has become my favorite hotel. I definitely will be returning. This facility is very Covid prepared. They provide you with masks, sanitizer, plus even give you a door handle puller so you don’t have to touch any doors.
Excellent 10.0
i went there on my birthday and i had the best experience. they had upgraded my room to corner suite. it was fantastic.
Excellent 9.5
very comfy bed,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything just perfect
Excellent 8.0
Cons: A fridge you could use without being charged and a coffee maker.
Excellent 10.0
Lodging was astounding, staff were awesome, and the central area was great. All zones were exceptionally clean with great offices onsite. The bed was super comfortable and the buffet had parts of great quality nourishment choices.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Room technology is great, beautiful view from room, comfortable bed, generally quiet rooms (can’t hear neighbors). Hotel is not too large to be overwhelming or confusing.
Cons: Would have liked better/more shops within the hotel, feels like there is quite of bit of unused space. Would have liked an adjustable showerhead in the shower (prefer more showered spray of water)
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great customer service.
Cons: The rooms were a bit old.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Always a great stay. Great staff
Excellent 10.0
This hotel and casino offers the best in accommodations, gaming, dining and entertainment you can experience when in Vegas. This is centrally located in a good spot of the strip. You will enjoy the views of popular tourist attractions. The hotel is very large but easy to navigate around. It is spotlessly clean all through out. The restaurants and shops are well presented and attractive. There is a patisserie that is a must to visit. It serves beautiful handmade cakes and coffee. The casino is one of the finest. It does not get smoky and there are plenty of hostesses to bring you drinks while you are playing. The staffs are all polite and helpful and the rooms are well appointed. My room was huge with ample storage and floor space. Despite the size of the hotel, my room was quiet and we slept well every night. This hotel is highly recommended.
Excellent 8.5
This is a beautiful hotel, they have an amazing staff! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Las Vegas! They have an amazing and delicious food and there are a lot of options. We only stayed for a night but I really enjoy it. I was satisfy with their price match guarantee and the stay was very good. I had no rants and was only there for business so everything was as planned and it all went smooth. I would recommend the Aria for anyone traveling for those who wants to travel, it was a great hotel indeed.
Excellent 10.0
Conveniently located next to a high-end shopping mall and the Bellagio fountains. The hotel isn't a tourist attraction in itself like the Bellagio or Ceasar's Palace so the lobby is a lot less noisy and cluttered like some other hotels on the strip. It's also a lot classier than some of the other famous properties. The room was very nice with panoramic views, clean and upscale. The bed was extremely comfy. I liked the electronic touchpad by the bedside to control everything in the room including check in and check out which bypassed a very long line in the lobby. I loved the extra security checkpoints to enter the elevators. The spa at the Aria was an experience I'd recommend to anyone! Totally recommend this place. Would certainly stay there again next time I'm in Vegas.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best service, casino, restaurants and spa
Cons: The spa does reach capacity quickly
Good 6.5
The resort was very modern, clean, and classy. Had no problem checking in, with multiple staff members offering to help with bags or answer questions. The standard room we booked was very modern with lots of nice features that made the time we spent in the room very enjoyable. Service in the hotel was average for the area. The resort offered a lot of different dining options. The resort offered a lot of different dining options. We only ate at the cafe and were blown away by the food. It was one of the best meals we have eaten in a long time. Pricing was standard for the Vegas area (which is way too high for anywhere else in the country) but at the cafe, the prices weren't too out of line for the quality and quantity of food we received. My biggest complaint is the resort fee they charge you when you go to check out. Its as $35-40 fee for using the resort, that is above and beyond what the room fee is. Nothing was mentioned about this when we checked in, or in our rooms.
Excellent 10.0
great rooms.
Good 7.4
Pros: I stay here at least 2x a year for my boyfriends conferences. It's like a home away from hom.
Cons: The rooms were not cleaned as often as I liked, especially the bathroom. They tidied up but I can tell it was not cleaned.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Well located on the strip.
Cons: We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Right on the Strip with connection to luxury mall and with the skyTram to both Momte Carlo and Bellagio
Cons: Aria Cafe to be avoided, expensive, poor service having had all 3 meals there. Food of poor quality. Overall the hotel is ok but don't think it's value for money, resort fee is excessive as the pool is overcrowded and the gym closes at 8pm - seriously it's vegas and if I want to work out I shouldn't be constrained to timings - I was also welcomed by a rude gym attendant because I arrived late.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Location and views
Cons: The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.
Good 7.6
the hotel was fine. Was not happy with being charged the resort fees at the conclusion of the stay. I had thought the price online was all inclusive, however as the rather rude checkout attendant stated it's in the fine print. I questioned why this would be fine prone and he stated all hotels do it. It put a very big low to an important birthday holiday. will think twice about staying at Aria next time
Good 7.1
Cons: Room was older feeling for such a new hotel, and for a lesser price, vdarra or palazzo are infinitely nicer and amazing in comparison.
Excellent 9.7
In my opinion, one of the best hotels on the Strip. Right in the middle of everything, it's easy to get anywhere and has the monorail which connects you to the Bellagio, Monte Carlo and Vdara (or you can just walk to Vdara). I used the mobile check-in and it was super easy and I was able to skip quite a long check-in line. The walk to the guest elevators isn't horrendously long like some casinos and there's an escalator up to the mezzanine level with a Starbucks, Pressed Juice, the buffet, shops and gym. Rooms were well-appointed and I was lucky enough to be on a higher level overlooking the Strip; definitely worth it if it's not too big of a price difference. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size and everything was very clean. Just avoid the mini-bar; it's a bit ridiculous that a bottle of water costs $18.
Okay 5.1
Pros: location
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff were awesome to deal with. Very friendly, from check in, cleaning staff, to check out! Nice hotel, and the food was great.
Cons: I found the casino was smokier than others on the strip. As a non-smoker, I found this discouraging. And the walk from the strip was a bit of a pain.
Good 6.0
Cons: Hotel fee and then resort fee
Good 7.1
Pros: Great rooms and friendly staff. Central location.
Cons: Very confusing layout and lack of tables to gamble at. The Cosmo is right across the block and offers more for me personally.
Good 6.8
Pros: Staff were curtious . room was very nice and the sheets were turned back ready for you etc. Even chocolates were placed beside the bed.
Cons: Very smokey, the hallways to the room were dirty and seams were coming apart in places . There was toilet tissue in the toilet on arrival to my room. I understand it's were it is supposed to go but it's nice to have the illusion that no body was there before you. A coffee machine and water in the room would be an added bonus....
Good 6.2
Cons: Kayak did not process the reservation properly, so I spent over 11/2 hrs of my vacation time trying to correct the issue Kayak created. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms and Kayak processed 1 room. This was a very stressful situation Kayak web site put me through and will not use the site again. The Aria room had 4 light bulbs out, which should have been checked by room service and on the second day all shampoo, soap was removed and not replaced. For the price the Aria charges, a guest would hope for better service, this is not a guest job to report light bulbs out and missing soap. But this was not as bad as the issue Kayak created for me.
Good 7.7
Cons: I asked for slippers and they didnt give it to me at first. They changed the rooms on us while we were checking in.
Poor 1.1
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Hard to find your way around, lay out is confusing

Good 7.0
Cons: the balcony view doesn’t look the same as it does online
Good 7.0
Pros: Great to have the suite concept with a small kitchen.
Cons: They just started a valet only situation for cars and it was a disaster. No housekeeping because of COVID...but wait you can have it for the additional ridiculous fee. Very disappointing.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: cleaniness
Excellent 10.0
Pros: nice area
Cons: clean
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: It was less expensive than the others in the same area.
Cons: I had to attend a vacation rental sales pitch and they didn't tell me that when I was making the reservation. And then they held me longer than 12p and they kicked my sister out of the room. Literally stood in the door way and waited until she left!!!!
Good 6.4

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located right off the middle of the strip! The room was simple but clean and we had easy access to the pool without extra fees. The staff were amazing.
Cons: It¿s a smaller hotel without a restaurant or casino inside. But we would stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, the space the room has, and the amenities offered.
Cons: The bath tub was a bit stained or maybe dirty, did not feel comfortable stepping in it so I placed a towel on the bath tub floor
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.6
Great location, good place, very clean.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Actually having a balcony was nice.
Cons: No chairs in room. Can¿t drink the water. Had to boil the water before using. Valet closed and would not park my car. No coffee in the market in the lobby. Web site said the pools were closed but they are not.
Excellent 10.0
I expected a cheep run down place instead I got inexpensive, clean, outstanding staff and facility and a fantastic week with my wife and daughter. Thank you polo staff!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The description of the resort on Kayak and Getaroom was misleading. The photos showed a kitchen area, bedroom and living room. The room they checked us in was a pullout sofa, very small with a sink and fridge area that doesn't qualify for a kitchen. Absolutely despicable and misleading.
Excellent 8.8
it's in the center of las vegas. Good location, also the room is clean and cozy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but hot tub was close during visit.
Excellent 10.0
Great hotel right in the middle of the strip. Has fridge, and full kitchen. Just avoid guest services they try to sell you a time share
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect for access to the strip.
Cons: The bathtub had a dip in it, very dangerous stepping in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close till just about everything
Cons: The fridge did not keep cold
Good 6.0
Pros: The view from the balcony.
Cons: The room was small , like tiny small! I've stayed in different types of hotels in different places and this was definitely smaller than them ALL, even the cheap hotels !!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: It was dirty with bugs coming out of the cabinets and drawers couldn’t enjoy the pool via way to many people the whole floor I stayed on smelled upon arrival to my room the floors were wet and they carpet fans everywhere will never stay her
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was nice room was a bit dirty like I found old water bottles under things but it was still set up sooo nice
Cons: The pool hours I was only able to swim for 20 minutes during my three day stay
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooftop pool and hot tub are really nice
Cons: Room was dated, small and only had a Murphy bed
Good 6.0
Pros: The amenities for the room were convenient
Cons: The staff put a lot pressure on us to attend thier time share event at the hotel and would not take no for an answer which made us very uncomfortable then we got the cold shoulder they didn't want anything to do with us after that
Excellent 8.3
Easy check-in and out, friendly and helpful staff, in a central part of the strip, clean, basic accommodation. I was surprised to find that converts into a sofa, however it was actually very comfortable and would not have guessed that it was a sofa bed. The only negative was that the cushions took up a lot of space in the room, blocking access to the balcony, which was fine for a solo one night stay.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Rooftop pool. Location on the strip. Nice suite, big bathroom. Balcony a plus.
Cons: Skip the up-sale at check-in. In resort store too expensive.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great balcony. Kitchenette with mini fridge and utensils.
Cons: Elevator wasn't working properly. Valet guy wasn't very nice.
Excellent 8.9
I made a mistake for check in. To be honest, I was so embarrassing but they could help me that's why I can success to check in
Okay 5.7
Cons: Relentless timeshare upselling Very small room (no chairs!) My bed = foldout couch Housekeeping bothers you early and often (didn't clean 1 day) Hidden "resort fee" = more expensive than other, more desirable properties
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very Spacious Clean & Tidy
Cons: Check Out At 10AM
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I loved the room convenience and the kitchen
Cons: The trash was a little small
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The value we received given the fact there was a large conference was going on, was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: For location, amenities, and value it is now one of my favorite places to stay on the strip. Having the small kitchen set up with fridge and microwave and dishes is great! And can't beat the location for the price!
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Overbooked so they sent me to a location far away from the strip. Only provided me with 1 cab stipend that didn't even cover a tip to the driver. Very dissapointed
Good 7.4
Pros: The property's located centrally on the Las Vegas 'strip', with most key attractions within walking distance; a bus stop isn't far away, for easy access to Downtown and beyond. The property is well maintained with good facilities and some rooms have excellent views.
Cons: Beware of offers for the 'welcome package' after you've checked in - for me, this was an offer of a part-rebate on my booking if I was willing to sit through a sales presentation for the resort. No interest from me - so no welcome for me. Staff, generally, seemed more sales-oriented than service-oriented, which was disappointed and unexpected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was barely a block off the strip so very convenient to get into the hub of Vegas. Gym, pools, and amenaties top notch for money spent. Glad that it was not connected to a casino as I am not a gambler or drinker, but do enjoy wandering the strip. Would stay here again and will likely be my first location to check for my next trip back to the Vegas area.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Nice non casino hotel in the heart of the strip.
Cons: They sell time shares and are pushing you to attend seminars
Good 6.2
Pros: The only good thing about this place was the location. AWESOME location. The rooms were also clean.
Cons: The staff was horrible. Upon arrival they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had my confirmation papers with me. I then had to wait another 45 mins for them to make another reservation. I had 3 rooms btw. Once the reservation was made they charged me an extra $100 for each room that's a total of $300! and it was their mistake that the reservations were not there. After I checked out and went back home I noticed another charge for $67 on my credit card. I called to ask them about and they told my it was an amenity fee for using valet parking, the pool, business center, fitness center etc. I NEVER used any of that stuff. I spoke with a manger he hung up on me and when I called back he mysteriously left for the day. I asked for a corporate phone number and they gave me a number to a local spa! very unprofessional place. will never stay here again.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location
Cons: The bed
Okay 5.4
Pros: Location, Cleanliness
Cons: Hidden resort fees not mentioned in third party reservation sites, Room without a real bed - just an uncomfortable sofa bed, Trying staff (I dealt with a manager by the name of Mia Salvador - perhaps others are okay)
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Overall great stay! Clean and comfy! Great location!
Cons: Really annoyed by the immediate attempt and pressure to book us into the 90 min, timeshare, sales pitch seminar! Just drove 4 hours in the heat and just wanted to get to our room and relax. Didn't ruin the stay but certainly turned me off to the suggestion.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Accommodation and location for the price is a great deal and time.
Cons: Slight problem with the booking due to computer problems. Lead to a double charge.
Good 7.4
Pros: All you need to feel home. Baby crib available Pool and gym are pretty decent! The location is great if you want to be near the strip but not on it directly. The staff is friendly and is very fast at resolving any situation regarding the hotel (for instance, not having enough blanket, etc.)
Cons: The high chair is NOT suitable for a baby under 1 year old... It does NOT have a strap to secure the baby. The price for the massages are a bit too high.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Hotel view & location
Cons: Bed was not confertable , no chair to sit down , Wifi was not working Plugs was not working . I asked to upgrade the room but did not happened. I had to checked out after 1 day & went to another hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful directing friends to our room, and very eager to lend help that we did not need.
Cons: The extra fees are far beyond what most hotels charge... and its disingenuous besides. The end price ended up being almost twice the price quoted online. I will never stay there again for that reason. No business should be able to get away with that.
Okay 5.0
Pros: full size coffee maker, kitchenette, location
Cons: room. sleeping on a pullout couch. small room size, defective shower doors. lack of HOT water.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Having no resort fee is the reason I keep coming back!
Cons: I do not like how long it takes to check in. There should be check in kiosk like every other hotel to not waste people¿s time and give a better experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the gym! Has everything you could need. Plenty of restaurant options. Fast and good room service.
Cons: Check in took too long but that's all I can think of.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nicely designed rooms with good finishes. There are some good restaurants on-site, we liked the Night + Market. Our room was missing towels & toiletries but the staff resolved this quickly even giving us some credit to put towards our stay. Complimentary parking was great, this hotel isn't really walking distance to the Strip.
Cons: No blackout blinds in the room and we could hear some noise from the adjacent room which affected our sleep. Long lines at check-in and check-out. Resort pools closed early for the season, even though the weather is still warm. We would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Free parking and the price. The rooms are nice . Do not get Opal Tower room unless you upgrade to a view. Otherwise you look directly into the parking ramp. The parking ramp is close to the garage. Save money bring your own coffee maker¿¿.
Cons: Other than no fridge or coffee maker this is a nice hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: loved the suite
Cons: more affordable food for family
Good 7.0
Pros: Efficiency.
Cons: There are no microwaves or refrigerators in rooms. The room was small but very well organized and had a great bar counter and closet space.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: No resort fee or parking fee- love it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A hidden gem in Las Vegas. They upgraded us to a suite and the room was big for Vegas. The renovation work they¿ve done from when it was the hard rock is definitely noticeable. Super clean rooms!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very clean and convenient
Cons: the beds were a little too hard
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was very clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the cleanliness, convenience of the shops and restaurants on the property, and the room was amazing
Cons: that a couple of the bars on site closed early, and the distance from the strip.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: good value, location
Cons: the light switches are terrible. they work some of the time (after playing with it)
Good 6.0
Pros: Room lacked wash clothes entire visit. AC in room doesn¿t shut off. Mini frig advertised is an unseeable mini bar. No coffee maker. Trash and food left in room upon Check-in. Sink was backed up. Staff should of mentioned a closer parking garage to room
Cons: No frig/coffee maker the AC that would not shut off the entire time. Alarm clock was not set. Complicated light switches no towel hooks. Room seemed smaller than advertised dimensions. No pool access- closed till March- not disclosed time of reservation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms, Cleanliness of rooms, casino not as overcrowded,
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, elegant hotel with convenient location. Staff is efficient and professional. Casino is well appointed and mercifully not super loud and smoky. Excellent overall
Cons: The fact that this hotel is close to the airport is both a plus and a minus. While the location is convenient, the noise level from the moving planes can get to you, although the newer rooms are rather quiet.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The kitchen
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were remodeled and the hotel was very clean
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: convenient location.
Cons: our tv did not work properly. we had to call engineer. he took so long we fell asleep. there was a loud concert outside that guests could not attend for free. that wasn't very nice.
Mediocre 2.0
The rooms are not soundproof and if you have a room anywhere near the pool it sounds like a rave in your room at 0700 when you’re trying to sleep. The staff is rude and has zero concern for guests' comfort. Came to the room after a night out and the room smelled like a campfire. There was no reason for them to run the log burning fire pits in the daytime w no guests even in the pool or event lawn area. All of my clothes stunk. I had a lot of hope in the hotel since it was newly purchased and remodeled by Virgin, unfortunately, I was underwhelmed at best.
Excellent 8.4
Finally!! Boutique design style hotel with fabulous price. Love the interior of the property. Location is a bit away from the strip if you don't have a car. Parking is FREE!! Long line for check in.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: It was recently remodeled. Room was big.
Cons: No hangers in room, toilet paper holder broken, toilet paper on floor (yuck), no iron, had dress clothes to hang and iron, had to ask for these items, bathroom hook fell off, asked for room to be serviced was ignored, disappointed in Hilton!
Okay 5.0
Pros: This hotel is beautiful, chic and modern! Very close to the airport and strip!
Cons: They clearly did not clean the shower between stays. Did not realize until we got into the shower and there was body hair everywhere. Hot water did not work.
Mediocre 3.6
We had no hot water for a shower the day of leaving and were told to run ten doors down to take a shiwer
Poor 1.0
Pros: Internet connection was good.
Cons: Couldn't get any sleep. TV noise through wall, concerts outside my room each night, people screaming at the pool, insane mini-bar prices with no way to actually see the prices. Never again.
Excellent 8.8
Great hotel without resort fees!
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurants are very good as well.
Cons: Tiny room, VERY loud toilet, and directly under the airport take-off path-very loud 24 hours per day, when in the room.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: the fun modern decor
Cons: - rooms not cleaned well -the layout was not well planned - furniture was only for looks and were not comfortable at all - we can hear people in the other room- - need more staff for check-in process
Good 7.0
Pros: it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. NO RESORT FEES
Cons: thin walls and if you don't like thumping loud music don't get a room facing the pool
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and proximity of room to parking garage
Cons: Closet space/drawers was majorly lacking. Could have been much cleaner. Also I paid for a King Suite which should have been 700 square feet, but it felt much smaller than that. Not as nice or fun as the Hard Rock was, they don't utilize the space well.
Good 6.0
Cons: Yes I was not aware that the hotel was pet friendly. And there were just as many dog's as there were people. In my room there was a sofa covered in pet hair.whis was a pretty good indicator that the room was not cleaned very well.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Room upgrade was nice.
Cons: Bathroom wasn't cleaned well, especially under cabinet and along shower glass base. Casino was DEAD every day. Music very loud by pool area for no-one... Food was sub-par at 2 restaurants we tried. Mini bar costs ridiculous.
Good 6.0
Pros: price
Cons: bathroom is too small no desk and chair
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel had a nice view
Cons: The hotel isn¿t located on the stripe. The staff/ room service doesn¿t clean your room at all . We had to call multiple times for someone to even take out the trash or receive towels.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Woefully understaffed front desk, long lines for hotel check in...totally unacceptable.
Cons: Woefully understaffed front desk, long lines for hotel check in...totally unacceptable.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Pool
Cons: Yes, my room was dirty. There was various different types of hair in my bed and shower. The check in process/ line took over one hour. At one point it was only one check in clerk and it was at least 30 people in line. No social distancing enforced.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Hotel is under the flight path from the airport Every 30 seconds you will hear a roar overhead
Okay 5.0
Pros: I like they had stores open late hours.
Cons: I went to the hotel because it said they had a fridge and microwave. That was not true only a mini bar . When we called downstairs to asked if they had a microwave they said no and come downstairs because my card was declined. I knew that was a lie .
Good 7.0
Pros: That it¿s smaller than many of the others so easy to get around. Some great restaurant options. The pool area looks nice also
Cons: My room was missing towels which was odd for a hotel of this brand name and the pool closed at 5pm which I was upset about as reception had told me 5.30pm so I rushed down to make it for half an hour only to be told it was closing early.Who closes at 5pm?
Good 6.0
Cons: They have no fridge in the rooms. You are expected to buy simple water from the bar. That isn't right
Poor 1.0
Pros: If you don¿t count the bed bugs it¿s a nice hotel
Cons: There were bed bugs. Still dealing with it. They were nice enough but not helpful dealing with this situation. Still dealing with the hotel and all the fallout from them.
Excellent 10.0
5 star place, a modern and very creative room, I love their sofa between two beds.
Poor 1.0
Pros: cheap price
Cons: The management team is very rude
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is fantastic. Chef Beau Mac is the face behind Money Baby and Chef Peter McQuaid is behind the talent. Everything is brand new. Much of the staff has been here for decades ever since this used to be the Hard Rock. Although it's slightly off the, this actually turned out to be a huge plus because we could see more of the strip from our room than we could if we were on it. Cash and David down at the lobby bar are fantastic assets to the staff. Kudos!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable that¿s it
Cons: They had French doors and they didn¿t open but in the description it says they did
Poor 1.0
Pros: Very bad I do not recommend to any one stuff are rude and impolite
Cons: Bad customer service, not welcoming us
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much. Restaurants. That¿s about it
Cons: Filthy dirty - so gross
Okay 4.0
Pros: Free parking
Cons: NO FRIDGE in room!!! The one time i didnt check before booking! Thankfully, my meds remained ok with the ice bucket. Very, very loooong hallways; sucks if your room is a the end! Previous guest dropped milkduds. I kept finding them--in plain view no less.
Excellent 8.4
With the exception of the Mexican restaurant with in the hotel. Everything was good. The food and service at the Mexican restaurant was poor!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The pool
Cons: I left an entire drawer full of clothing and have been dealing with lost and found for two days now. I keep getting different statements regarding protocol. I keep getting told they will call me back and they never do.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The light fixtures in the room! Really cool
Cons: The view from the room was awful. Thought there was going to be a bath tub. Also thought we would have room facing the pool. Low ceilings in room. Felt like a re-done holiday inn.
Good 6.4
i found the bed in my room was too firm and uncomfortable. the soundproofing quality is also bad as i could hear noise from the adjoining room shared door. the room extra's, such as coffee for brewing, were not provided, as was the stationary and pen that is usually standard.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: When I arrived, the room looked like had been used. there were no towels, the soap had been used, and the minibar items were all opened. I called the hotel, someone heard my complain, transferred my call and no one helped me.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very easy parking and access.
Cons: Check in was slow. Only 2 staff checking people in. Only 1 couple in front if us and it was a good 20 minute wait. Also, once in the room, no hand towels or wash clothes. The shower had soap and conditioner but no shampoo.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Neat, visually looks presentable, and okay art.
Cons: Bluntly my stay turned into a nightmare after wifi hacker jepordized my privacy bias conditions and maximizing stress conditions.
Okay 5.6
Waited too long for check-in. Front desk was unfriendly. Bed was comfortable. But hairs and dog hair were everywhere- Dirty carpet. Fridge wan't free using.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: When I arrived there was a line ~40 min long to check in.
Good 7.6
Great stay
Poor 1.0
Pros: The aesthetic was pretty, but that is about it.
Cons: Hotel had issues with dirty smelling pillows, poor customer service, food/beverage scarcity, concierge issues. Overall, poor customer service and hotel workers did not care at all about customer satisfaction.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Free parking
Cons: Staff
Excellent 9.6
Very friendly staff.Excellent hotel for such reasonable price.
Excellent 10.0
Pleased to have spent the last few days in a quiet family friendly stay away from home.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean. The staff was amazing.
Cons: There was construction going on during our stay. The workers started using a jack hammer at 8am on a Sunday. The hotel needs more coffee options.
Poor 1.0
Cons: It did not seem to matter to the manager that we had no water pressure in our shower and when we turned on the tub the pipes made really loud noises. We also heard other pipes and were not able to sleep at all.

Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great especially for attending a Raiders game.
Cons: The shower didn’t drain well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: walking distance to allegiant stadium. very clean rooms. also 18 walk to strip where Mandalay Bay is.
Cons: breakfast was so so but no biggie.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walking distance to Alegiant Stadium.
Cons: Parking charge of $15.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Most economical thru online booking
Cons: Sink was plugged up , didn’t drain at all. Had to hold down toilet flush handle or else it will stop flushing. Poor AC thermostat, either too hot or too cold. The biggest disappointment was 15 dollars parking!! The lot was huge, and the hotel is in a secluded, not too crowded area. And they charged for parking!! Really? I rather have it built in the room charge. It’s a reap off otherwise. Had to brush my teeth in the shower.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Air traffic noise and very thin walls and very noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable bed, excellent service, and good breakfast! I totally would recommend!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The room and everything else at the hotel was clean and up to date.
Cons: They now charge a fee for parking. That feels to me like a hidden fee. The hotels in Vegas like to add hidden fees that you need to pay when you arrive. Fees that are in addition to what you already paid. This hotel is does the same.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good despite COVID. I never imagined that their airport shuttle would be unavailable (due to COVID), so I had to get a Lyft ride ($25+tip each way).
Cons: I never imagined that their airport shuttle would be canceled because of COVID so I had to get a Lyft ride from the airport ($25 each way).
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing location right in the heart of of Las Vegas great location to the airport..I will stay there again great experience
Cons: Nothing!!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable bed quite room strong internet
Cons: Parking is a hassel
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was more and better than I expected for a basic room. All the amenaties were excellect, bedding and furnature was excellent.
Cons: Everything was great during checking-in and sleeping, however at morning everything went bad. I disliked that the housekeeping staff. They constantly kept knocking on my door to see if I left. Check out is at noon, I put the "Do not Disturb Sign before going to bed because I like to sleep in. They came to my door at 8:35 and I told the young lady that I was here. She was polite and left. I checked the the sign and it was still there in the door's card reader. I hurried to breakfast becase they close at 930 which is very early. I had nowhere to sit becasue the dinning are was completely full, but I made a plate to eat in my room. Would be nice if trays were available. Housekeeping again came at 1030, she was polite and left and the sign is still in the door's card reader. Other than that my experience was good but when I left I felt as if I was hurried out to leave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
