Cons: Wifi not working No shampoo

Pros: Location near St Pancras

Cons: Lack of space, noise, not enough room in the bathroom to have a shave (elbow room). Surly Staff

Pros: It was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Cons: Room was extremely small. No lift so my husband had to carry 2 suitcases up 4 flights. No help from staff with luggage. Facility is clean but rundown. Lots of noise from the street. No fans or cooling...

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The hotel is pretty basic. The room was small which was okay, but several things didn't work - including bathroom basin plug (!) The duvet cover was stained, there was no TV remote. We slept ...

Cons: There was cups and coffee etc but no kettle when we asked for one were told we could not have one had to wait for breakfast. Very basic hotel that needs updating painting carpets etc.

Going for cheap and don't mind about amenities

Pros: Location - short walk to the main train station. A little farther walk to the library and the British Museum.

Cons: Very basic amenities. Small and tight, especially with the bathroom.
