Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for exploring Hollywood and nearby attractions, and many mention the staff as friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the hotel clean and tidy, while others note issues in rooms and bathrooms. Value for price is a concern for several guests, particularly due to extra charges like parking and the dated condition of some rooms. Amenities such as air conditioning, coffee machines, and toiletries are frequently mentioned as lacking or in need of improvement, though some appreciate the pool and historic charm. Cons (-) Would be nice if parking was included, but like most places in big cities it was an extra $25, but the parking is gated and ensures your car is safe.
